Why do you want this rank? I am a committed, ingenious, and adaptable individual. I take Pride in my work and want Synex to become my place of solitude. I am Highly Incentivized by the work that EqZe, Hire, And Ect. have here on Synex. They are very gifted with what they have done. One of my qualities is I don't hold grudges. I am always fair, not partialness, and very responsible, but if someone does something that is erroneous, I might come off to be a little Strict... I am Strict on wrongdoers, but if they don’t want the penalization then why did they do the thing in the first place. Another thing that goes along with me being fair is I am very patient and I will and do listen if there is a problem It's a Great experience to be on Synex!


How do you think you can assist the server? Here are some reasons I should be staff. I pride myself on being able to help those who need help, expeditiously and efficiently, and lots of that is due in part to my staff experience.Second, to my staff experience, the next factor that makes me feel like I'm a good fit for the position is the fact that I will do and virtually prefer to do what other staff members won't. For example, tedious work; availing incipient players who have absolutely no clue in regards to how to utilize the server's functions. But after that all I just love this server and want to be apart of it.



Explain in some cases what would you do if someone breaks one of the rules: [perm ban, temp ban, mute]:

ADVERTISING: someone said anything that not related SynexMc that person will get an instant ban


HACKING: First would record the player using hacks then send it to a higher up (Madders what perms I have)

SPAMMING: Saying the same thing in a 15-second span of time will be warned then temp muted. DDOS /

DDOX / THREATS: Basically saying you are going to hack someone or get where they live and go to them crash them these people will get an instant ban. (You said some so I did the main ones in my opinion)

Why should we pick you as a staff over others?

My Background, I think I am Different because not many people go through the same thing I have. I have been abused by my mom my whole life. (As my dad determinately decides to Devorice Her) I have been beaten up, Fulminated, Bullied And whatever else you wanna add to this list you can but I think this makes me more qualified.

My adeptness, As I have ran my own server I think I know most the commands. Whether it's /mute or /temp veto I know how to do it. If there are more incipient commands I Don't know I will learn very very fast.(As A Straight-A Student)

My Experiences, I have been staff on a plethora of more small servers. I customarily work my way up to staff manager then stay there because I like it. I have ss banned 55 people so far and wanna see if I can do 100 right here on Synex
