➥ yeonha was born in milan, italy. her mother was 17 at the time of yeonha’s birth, and her father was 23. being born from two very young parents, yeonha struggled growing up. her parents were irresponsible and never took care of her the correct way, nor cared, which was how yeonha learned to survive on her own at such a young age.

   ➥ being born as an asian in europe, yeonha faced several discriminating hurdles. many of the neighbors in her street gossiped about her family, saying that yeonha was an accident and that was why her parents were so young. the truth is, yeonha doesn’t know if she was an accident or not, nor does want to hear the answer, afraid that it would make her feel even worse.
   ➥ when yeonha turned 12 years old, her father passed away due to kidney cancer, because he was an alcoholic. this turned the family upside down, and caused yeonha’s mother to become very unstable, inflicting even more suffering in yeonha’s behalf.
   ➥ months after the event, yeonha and her mother moved to seoul, south korea, where she spent the rest of her days growing up. her mother, who was uneducated, couldn’t do much other than do small part time jobs. this wasn’t enough for yeonha and her to grow up healhily, and her mother often used the money she earned for things such as drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol. yeonha’s mother was very disorientated and often used violence on yeonha to cope with her miserablility.
   ➥ at the age of 14, yeonha started to get into these unhealthy things due to her mother. she would steal her mom’s drugs and smoke them, or she’d deal them around to earn money. yeonha soon started hanging around a bad group of kids, and who became an infamous “gang” in the neighborhood. yeonha earned a lot of money from drug deals to make sure that her mom and her could survive.
   ➥ yeonha’s mother re-married, and they soon had another child. although yeonha couldn’t stand bringing two more people into her life, her step-father provided more money to help her mother. soon enough, yeonha became attached to her little sister, jinah. jinah was and is the only person yeonha would risk her entire life for.
   ➥ later on, yeonha and her gang became active, and very much feared around the area. she learned how to steal, fight, and hurt others. now that she wasn’t in debt and struggling financially, she could’ve ended her criminal duties, but decided to continue. she felt like she had no choice, because it was too late to rebuild her social status and relationships with others. but then again, yeonha never cared much for those things.
   ➥ when yeonha quit high school, she joined SIN, hoping that it would be better than hanging around a bunch of druggies. of course, yeonha knew that being a criminal was her only path to life, as she had given up everything—-her education, social life, and relationships for it.

➥ yeonha doesn’t go by rules, nor listens to anyone. but ANGER is an exception, because yeonha finds her scary, and overly-perfect, and because she always does her job correctly, and by herself at that. when ANGER is angry (ironic), yeonha is really afraid of her, and yeonha isn’t afraid of anything.

➥ YOONGI is not the type of man that will let yeonha step all over. next to ANGER, he’s one of the only people who can control yeonha, and make her act like an actual human with humane emotions for once. the two like to quarrel a lot but deep down they truly care for each other.

   ➥ yeonha and the rest of sin decided to take down the city mayor, who had been making moves to arrest SIN. he was a very influential man, and they all managed to sneak into one of his major parties. yeonha volunteered to kill the mayor, while the other girls made sure nobody would suspect anything, and were also there for backup.
   ➥ yeonha had planned to poison / drug his drink, so nobody would suspect her, as the party was filled with too many people to use pure violence.
   ➥ yoongi, who was also alerted of sin’s movements when rumors spread of them being seen at the party, brought the other heroes together. they all headed to the party.
   ➥ when yoongi caught site of one of the SIN members, which was yeonha, he watched her for suspicious movement. when yoongi saw yeonha sneaking glances at the mayor, he figured that he was her target.
   ➥ yoongi immediately went to the mayor to protect him, in case of any attacks, but did it subtly. yeonha didn’t notice yoongi at all, and snuck the poison into a glass of wine sitting on a table. she planned to serve it to the mayor.
   ➥ without knowing a single thing or seeing what yeonha had just done, yoongi reaches out to grab the glass of wine on the table, about to drink it. yeonha becomes flustered all of the sudden, and purposely knocks the glass out of yoongi’s hands, it breaking on the ground.
   ➥ this is when yeonha realizes she had just saved a person, even though he wasn’t important at all. in any other situation, yeonha thought she most likely would’ve been capable of killing someone that wasn’t her target, because it didn’t matter much to her, a criminal. she thought she didn’t care about innocent lives at all.
   ➥ yoongi, who was flustered at why the villian had knocked over the glass in his hands, looked down to the carpet, and sees a small tablet inside of the puddle of wine. he realizes that it was poison, or some kind of dangerous drug. yoongi looks up to the villain wondering why she had just saved him, but she was already gone.

   ➥ after yeonha saved yoongi from her own poison, yoongi wondered why a cold-blooded villian would do such thing. he wondered if she was the type to only kill her targets, but that didn’t make any sense to him. yeonha, on the other hand, totally thought she was pathetic after failing the mission, and saving a person, at that. she didn’t know of yoongi and how he was a hero at all.
   ➥ yeonha wanted to meet yoongi again after the incident. she wanted to see what she saw in yoongi that made her save him that day. yoongi felt the same. he wanted to find out more about her, and why she saved him. but deep down, yoongi had a feeling the girl was dangerous.

   ➥ yeonha and yoongi met multiple times after that, but whenever they did, yeonha couldn’t get herself to attack or kill yoongi, and yoongi knew that by now. in addition, yeonha knew yoongi wasn’t a good fighter, and more of a tactician than a fighter. but whenever she got close to killing him, she backed up in the end. yeonha beat herself up for it constantly, because she knew such immature feelings shouldn’t get in the way of her work.
   ➥ yoongi knew yeonha couldn’t have the guts to kill him, and he finally caught on that he must’ve caught her eye, or something like that, that made her hold back. finally, yoongi suggested that they made amends, and to stop trying to kill each other, even though they’re on opposite sides of the battle field. yeonha didn’t trust his words at all, and always kept her guard up around him, while opening up to him at the same time.
   ➥ later on, yeonha realizes that she’s been slacking off with her work. but she also realizes, for the first time, she finds happiness in something other than “taking care” of people because of SIN.
   ➥ yoongi started catching feelings for yeonha after all the time they’ve spent together, but hated that they had to be enemies. she was a dangerous person, but yoongi didn’t care.

   ➥ yoongi had forgiven her for all the bad deeds she’s done in the past, and wanted her and him to start new, away from all the criminal and hero business too. yeonha had felt the same, and decided to leave SIN, while remaining good friends with the members. she didn’t want to be a criminal anymore, and wanted to start a new and peaceful life where she would be happy, and not take happiness from others.
