it unlocks many cool features!
- 1.) Go on eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Send a bunch of messages to people with a shark product. Ask them to send a pic of the serial number because you need to check the manufacture date or warrenty. ( Make something up )
- 2.) Once you get a pic of the serial/model number sticker register it on https://m.sharkclean...gisterproducts/
- ( I chose Amazon as my store of purchase )
- 3.) Now call them up an act pissed. Tell them the vacuum just does not work anymore. There gonna ask you questions like
- "How often do you use this vaccum?" Tell them alot like 3-6 days a week. They will ask you to walk through troubleshooting steps with them. For the UR1005AE I got asked if the charging points were clean, if the light turns blue when it's on the charging dock ( TELL THEM IT STAYS GREEN ) and I also got asked if the "bumper" was facing towards the front or the back ( Tell them the front, towards you )
- 4.) After going through troubleshooting steps and acting slightly frantic/pissed because you use this product alot and you also need it for a "family gathering" soon? (Make something up) They will ask you to send in the broken product. This is when I got very angry and said " I need this ASAP" He contacted a supervisor and I was approved for an advanced replacement.
- 5.) In order for them to ship out the AR they ask to send them a pic of the serial number/model sticker on the bottom ( we already have this ) and also a POP to the email they will give you.
- I told them I didn't have access to the email with the Amazon receipt ( They went along with it ) just make sure to remove exif data before sending the serial number pic to them.
- 6.) Order shipped they are required to say the shipping will take 2-3 weeks but the guy on the phone reassured me that it usually takes far less time.
- 7.) Enjoy your $300 Shark IQ UR1005AE Robot vacuum!
- Ps... I would use a drop.
