  5. Goombella: Each Night Phase, Goombella can Tattle a target, learning their role.

  7. Koops: Each Night Phase, Koops can use his Shell Shield to protect a target from all murder attempts except for guaranteed kills.

  9. Flurrie: Each Night Phase, Flurrie can visit a player, distracting them for a night and leaving them unable to perform any action.

  11. Yoshi: When they are assigned the role, the Yoshi player can give themselves any name they wish. Each Night Phase, Yoshi can use Gulp to keep another player in his mouth for the night. Any action targeting the player will fail, but the player will be unable to take any action of their own.

  13. Vivian: By hiding in the shadows, Vivian cannot be killed during the Night Phase. Any attempts will fail, including guaranteed kills. Limited use kills will still be expended, however. Appears as Robbo X-Naut Alliance when Tattle'd.

  15. Admiral Bobbery: Once per game, Bobbery can deploy Bomb Squad on someone. At the end of the second Day Phase after the bombs have been laid, they explode, killing the target. In addition, if Bobbery is killed during the night, he will explode, killing his attacker as well.

  17. Ms. Mowz: Each Night Phase, Ms. Mowz can stealthily stalk someone, discovering who they visit during the night.

  19. Professor Frankly: If killed during the Night Phase, he reveals the name of who killed him. If Goombella dies, he receives her Tattle Log.

  21. Rawk Hawk: Once per game, he can deliver a Rawk Bottom to another player, killing them.

  23. Don Pianta: Due to his influence, Don Pianta chooses the lynch target if there is a deadlock or a majority is not reached. Each Night Phase, the Don can add a player to his Hit List. When he dies or when he chooses to, Frankie receives his Hit List.

  25. Frankie: Can communicate with Francesca via private QT. When he receives Don Pianta's Hit List, he must kill one of the people on it the following night.

  27. Francesca: Can communicate with Frankie via private QT.

  29. General White: Once per game, General White can nullify all votes and determine the lynch target himself, ending the Day Phase.
  30.  
  31. Punio: Each Night Phase, Punio can visit someone, discovering everyone who visits that person, as well as learning any information that person receives during the night.

  33. Toadsworth: Distraught by Peach's disappearance, Toadsworth has nightmares of three people each night, at least one of who is guilty and one of who is innocent.
  34.  
  35. Luigi: Each Night Phase, Luigi can follow someone. If they commit murder on that night, Luigi will go into a rampage, and murder the killer while revealing his own identity.
  36.  
  37. Pa-Patch: Is notified of whoever joins Captain Flavio'a crew. If Captain Flavio attempts to recruit him, he will explode, killing them both.

  39. Robbo X-Naut Alliance:

  41. Ishnail: When investigated, Ishnail appears as an average joe, one of the many normal villagers of Rogueport. If there is a tie for who to kill at night, Ishnail's vote prevails.

  43. Sir Grodus: Once per game, Sir Grodus can attach himself to Lord Crump's Magnus Von Grapple II to guarantee a kill. This is considered an extra kill, not the Robbo X-Naut Alliances one kill per night.

  45. Lord Crump: Twice per game, Lord Crump can bully someone into silence for the following Day Phase, preventing them from speaking and voting. This will reveal Crump's identity to the targeted player.
  46.  
  47. Beldam: Each Night Phase, Beldam can freeze a target, preventing them from doing anything that night. Knows the identity of Vivian.
  48.  
  49. Marilyn: Once per game, Marilyn can use her Charged attack to make the nightly kill guaranteed.
  50.  
  51. Craw Daddy: Once per game, Craw Daddy can go on a rampage. The first kill of the rampage is guaranteed, but for every subsequent kill, Craw Daddy must successfully match each player to their role. When he fails, he dies from overexertion.
  52.  
  53. Goose: Once per game, Goose can lock all Deadline Votes into Lynch Votes.
  54.  
  55. Gus: Once per game, Gus can guard another member of the Robbo X-Naut Alliance. The player performing the first night action targeting the protected will be killed.
  56.  
  57. Garf: Each Night Phase, Garf misplaced his key. A random, non-guilty party will find it and return it to him. Garf will learn the role of the key returner, but not which player they are. Likewise, they will be notified that they found and returned Garf's key. They will be unable to do so if role-blocked.
  58.  
  59. Pierre: Once per game, Pierre can visit a player and recruit them to the Robbo X-Naut Alliance. Having found himself a replacement, he then sneaks out of Rogueport to return to his "archeology".

  61. X-Naut: Each Night Phase, the X-Naut checks the intelligence system, learning the target of Goombella's Tattle.

  65. Doopliss: Each Night Phase, Doopliss can choose another player in his private QT. That night, if the chosen player has an ability, Doopliss will steal the player's role, but not alignment. As a result, the player will no longer be able to use their ability until they either successfully guess which player Doopliss is in their QT during the subsequent Night Phases or Doopliss releases them to copy another target. In addition, the player will be unable to be killed by Doopliss, but unbeknownst to the player, their vote will count as a vote of 0. Doopliss's copy ability has a cooldown of two nights the first two times it is used, and one night for every use after that. Upon investigation, Doopliss will appear as his copied role's alignment, but the copied player will appear as a shadow of his former self.

  67. Captain Flavio: Each Night Phase, Captain Flavio can recruit another player to join his crew. The recruited player will not be aware of the alignment change. Once per game, Captain Flavio can force his crew to vote however he wishes. Captain Flavio will appear as Innocent upon an alignment check.

  69. Bowser: Each Night Phase, he can visit a player in search of Kammy Koopa. He is immune to all kill attempts by the Robbo X-Naut Alliance.

  71. Kammy Koopa: Each Night Phase, she can visit a player in search of Bowser. She receives all the information that her target receives that night if she fails to find Bowser.
