Requirements:
Need for Speed: Heat.
Stock Mitsubishi Evo X unlocked.
Cheat Engine.
Recommended to have a backup save in case something goes wrong.
-Default save location: C:\USERNAME\Documents\Need for Speed Heat "SaveGame" folder.

Since all the parts for this kit have restrictions, the method to get this kit is a little more complex than the others I've posted.
1. First step is to set your Origin to offline and launch the game
 - Open the client and click "Origin" top left.
 - Click "Go Offline".
2. Go to the dealership and buy the car
3. Go to the garage and buy the following parts:
Mitsubishi 1000$ FrontBumper (The kit actually has this one)
Speedhunters 1500$ Exhaust (First one)
All the VARIS parts, except for hood and mirrors (might be able to skip spoiler too)

If you don't do all the parts your save might get bricked

Then swap the following IDs:
23523696 -> 5659940 RearBumper
25263456 -> 202276 FrontCanards
6151704 -> 17410230 Diffuser
14582923 -> 3272646 Exhaust
5688103 -> 23698371 FrontFenders
12685014 -> 61452091 RearFenders
3936379 -> 53473108 Skirts
24616041 -> 29377828 Splitter
21365782 -> 608071 Spoiler (don't change this if you don't want the spoiler from the KS kit.)

Change to another car, go to the dealership and buy another car to force a save.
Restart your game and the Khyzyl Saleem kit should be applied.

You can set Origin to online again after restarting and the kit will stay.
 - Open the client and click "Origin" top left.
 - Click "Go Online".
