Shitcheat 4.3 to 4.4 Changelog

SHITCHEAT V 4.3 -> V 4.4
- Fixed the velocity meter (since i used a font that apparently wasn't default with windows)
- Added flavour text
- Fixed an error that sometimes happened on the first run due to improper placement of convar commands
