1. In GMi Saxo, go to File > Create New > Layout from template...

2. In the 'File name' field, type LMG-MA_BS_69p9_2175_6c

3. Select that file and click 'Open'

4. In 'Name' field, type 'Property transfers working'

5. Set 'Publication' field to proper Sunday

6. Change 'Category' to 'Pages'

7. Under Misc., change 'Section' to X

8. Change 'Channel' to MA-Hyannis_CapeCodTimes

9. Change 'Page number' and 'Section number' to 99

10. Click 'Save'

11. Open newly created page in Sunday channel

12. Attach property transfers file to page

13. Place property transfers in 2 wide columns in the pasteboard

14. Find/replace all semicolons with tabs

15. Open previous week's Property transfers working, copy transfers

16. Old transfers' elements will be grouped, place them on new page using 'Paste in place'

17. Select all text in new transfers, use eyedropper to pickup style from old transfers

18. Copy new transfers into old transfers box

19. Delete redundant top row of categories and redundant tagline text at end of copy

20. Change dates at top of transfers package to updated dates

21. Make sure transfers elements are grouped

22. Click group, take note of height in inches

23. Send email
