I used to be a small kit.

Kitsu was my name, and it still is!

I loved to have fun, and so did my friends. We played all types of games, and we'd rarely get more. It was so fun!

One day, while we were playing, I got lost. It was a game of hide and seek. I don't know if anyone knew I got lost.

Then I was in a forest. The forest was weird. It wasn't like where I played with my friends. It was dark, and I felt scared. But I kept walking, and walking, to find an answer.

Then I saw a talking shadow! I didn't know shadows could talk. He was nice. And he gave me something cool! A bladie thing known as a..."scythe". But I liked "scythie" better, so I chose that name.

He gave me powers as well. I could use my scythie to rip open space portals, and even mess with time! Whoa! So cool! But...

I had to give my soul in an exchangie-thingy for it. That word is confusing. But he was so nice and so cool! And once I did the exchanga-that, I...felt...

The dark forest grew darker as I c̴o̢nt͘in͜ued̛ t͘o̷ s̛ta̛y. It just felt better than going back. But I was already lost anyway. :(

Then I started to cha̶nge.̷  My body felt weird. It's like I was growing up s̴u͘per-dup̢er̨ fa̶st!

M̧y m͠i̛n͏d̀ ͜start͡ed to̸ ̷h͟urt.̡  I never felt like this before. I wanted to ask the shadow what was wrong, but I couldn't stop using͠ m̧y pow̸e͝r̴s͜!̸ I ͏lov͠ed ̶t͘he҉m҉ oh̴ s̛o mu̵ch̕!
