A natural born werewolf, born to a werewolf father and a hedge witch mother. As such, he has a strong affinity with nature and more knowledge of magic than the average person. He's more interested in minding his business in the woods and making tinctures than getting involved with other werewolf pack drama.

He didn't grow up with many other werewolves around him. Due to his father's untimely death, Dylan has been largely isolated from other wolves and their culture. He had to find out what being a wolf means to him mostly on his own. His nature has also left him relatively isolated from humans. Most recognize his bright smile and gentle disposition, but not many know him deeper than that. Most of the people he's close to don't know about the whole werewolf thing.

Dylan has recently finished graduate school and moved into a new city, where he works a children's librarian. He's great with kids, and yeah, he has a dog he loves very much.

He struggles to find the balance between his identities as both human and wolf. Ain't that just the way? The loneliness gets to him, too.
