Wicked Claw - Needed for crafting Druid and Warrior BiS helmet.
Large Fang - Needed for crafting Barbaric Set and making Rage potions.

Small Egg - Used for Christmas Cooking (get mad scrubs - Punkrat).
Giant Egg - Used in Cooking 300 skill quest and for making Monstrous Omelette (value may fall later).

Vibrant Plume - People need them for Darkmoon Fair, profit may vary.
Long Elegant Feather - Used for crafting Admirals Hat.

Small Flame Sac - Used for making Fire Protection Potions (Not Greater Fire Protection Potions!) and Cooking Fire Breath Food.
Spider Silk (All kinds) - Used for tons for Leather working and Tailoring.

Elemental Earth, Water, Fire and Air - Used for Potions and Gear crafting. Elemental Fire is needed for Greater Fire Protection Potions.

Fused Wiring - Needed for lots of Engineering crafting, especially Repair Bots used in all raids!
Magic Dust - Amazing for PvP and soloing PvE content.
