Rattaché(e) au département IT Ops, vos missions consisteront à administrer des bases de données SQL Server, à savoir:
  34. - Garantir la disponibilité des bases de données et leur performance - Maintenance des bases de données de l’entreprise sur les différents environnements - Ecriture de scripts et relecture de ceux écrits par d’autres membres de l’équipe - Conseils et suivi des bonnes pratiques concernant la base de données auprès de l’équipe de développement - Administration des autres bases de données de nos plateformes (Elastic Search, Redis …)
  35. Ces missions s’inscrivent dans les environnements techniques suivants : SQL Server 2014 Enterprise, IIS (applicatifs en C#), Elastic search, Redis, RabbitMQ, VMWare (VCloud), Linux.

Le profil des candidat(e)s que nous recherchons est le suivant : - Vous êtes expert ou vous avez une expérience importante sur MS SQL - Vous savez expliquer un plan d’exécution - Vous savez quelles métriques surveiller pour vérifier la bonne santé d’une base - Vous maîtrisez les outils de backup/restore et vous avez des automatismes sur les opérations de maintenance à mettre en place - Vous maîtrisez l’écriture de scripts SQL ,

The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for the assistance of the IT Manager with the operational management of the Luxembourg Institute of Health computing equipment (installation & maintenance of PCs, servers and software) and  the management of the network and support users in their daily activities.

Key Accountabilities: - Receive and check deliveries of equipment and ensure the installation and maintenance of PCs - Update the software and hardware inventory. - Manage the network by defining user accounts on a day-to-day basis, following a determined security procedure. - Call handling, tracking, dispatching and escalation. - Participate in the help desk, reply quickly to support requests from users, analyze the problems encountered and provide appropriate solutions. - Develop installation procedures for the hardware and software equipment. - Perform analysis, testing and installing of company end-user devices, such as, but not limited to, PC, Laptop, printer, tablet, smartphone. - Perform day-to-day team operations tasks like email, software- and access-management as well as follow-up of assigned support requests with end-users and/or suppliers
