Been wanting to work on this film since I remember Aoi Yu's guesting in Uchi no Gaya ga Sumimasen (where she fangirled about ANGERME (which we also subbed that part)). This is one of those films where you it really tells about how far you're going to be in the friend zone and how far you'll really gonna love someone... well partly. As expected of Numata Mahokaru, this film has that mystery enshrouded by it. Who knows - I might also end up translating Yurigokoro / Nan-Core (if I have time and nobody beats me to it).

My desire to translate this film got stronger when I remember Aoi Yu won the Japanese Academy Awards for this film. She really did a great job acting here and she remains to be one of my favorite Japanese actresses.
