Ikonik Method :

Call Samsung and Say that its not letting you get the Ikonik Skin
Then, They would ask for a Serial Number, go on internet to find a unboxing
video and take the serial number. You can also find it in a shop :)
Then they're gonna ask you for Epic Email and Display Name
(Becarefull: create a "default" account to make this method) and
they'll gift you the skin
