Rengar aggro drop bug macro with note

This is the only commands I needed to cause the bug.

pressing F1 will do Tiamat>90ms>e>93ms>w (put Tiamat on 1 or change hotkey)

Bug seems to happen as follows.

Press R
Preload Q
Right click one time on scuttle crab as it is walking towards you (it seems to re-create best when scuttle crab is pathing towards Rengar?)
Press F1 as soon as leap engages.

No other inputs are given and then Rengar will sometimes stop auto attacking.

Not sure if server tic rate dependent or possibly dependent on the timing of leap> macro press.
