Greetings Verizon --

We are Anonymous and despite the rumors of our demise we are here to assure you that we are in fact very much alive and well. Yes, the many campaigns we have launched through out the years has left many battle weary and tired but our numbers grow daily and some refuse to give up the fight.

As champions of the underdog and injustices we were quite troubled to hear from @OpSafeWinter about the matter of Clark's House bill with you. http://wishtv.com/2015/05/29/nonprofit-that-helps-homeless-vets-questions-5k-verizon-bill/

As we sure you are aware Clark's House is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to assisting our veterans in need. A noble cause we feel. http://www.clarkshouse.org/

What troubles us is how long this is taking and the threatening letters sent to Clark's House.

Why can't the charges be removed?

The charges are either due to an unfortunate misuse of their equipment by some miscreant or are a mistake in your billing.

If somehow someone misused their equipment and ran up the charges would Verizon not be inclined to excuse the charges? Your contention that your hot spots are 'unhackable" is simply comical and frankly incorrect.

Surely if the unusually high charges are due in fact to your mistake in billing you will remove them and restore Clark's House good standing would you not?

 So what is the hold up? We see no reason why this cannot be resolved here and now. Conduct whatever investigation you wish but simply remove Clark's House charges - it really is that simple

We don't negotiate with terrorists nor should you. However we are a collective of volunteers that don't have to answer to shareholders - but you do.

What to do you think would happen if word of your treatment of Clark's House went viral? What if your customers that tweet to @VerizonSupport were intercepted and provided information on alternative services? Or info on how insecure your equipment and services are? What if a database of Verizon routers was established? What if thousands were informed on how to crack Verizon routers to obtain free internet courtesy of Verizon?

Yes Verizon all these scenarios are entirely possible and we think you know that.

On Sunday May 31st certain members of Anonymous took it upon themselves to being implementing the above. Your customers were intercepted and information on your older routers was provided. This was your proverbial shot across the bow - rest assured it was merely a warning and a taste of what a global collective of caring citizens are capable of.

We are all too aware of the trickery employed by greedy corporate entities such as yourself so to help ensure the fair treatment of Clark's House we want you to know we will be watching you and preparing to avenge any injustice done.


#CrackVerizon can and will be launched if you do not do the right thing.
