How to hack The Fm Radio text
First u need the IP for Broadcast if its online
for example 88.85.243.42 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> this is broadcast on the INTERNET
the first method is Scanner the Range for this ip from 88.85.243.1 To 88.85.243.254
we can use for the scanner program
i gonna use Zenmap on Linux  2.14 distribution
after we scan we gonna find the port : 21 & 80 OR 8080 is open
login to any of Sites that received after scan
so we find this one For example >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 88.85.243.14 & 88.85.243.17
we choice one of them i will chose this 88.85.243.14
so login to the IP using  Firefox Browser or what u like
when login the Firewall will came up asking u the username and the password:

go to " » configure PSN main of RDS data sets "
then add , delete , edit , the text that u like
then save
going to the wave
u gonna ask me How can i know the wave ????
its easy u can find it on the head of page for example
" SAU_RIY_0960  "  the first part is ur country <> the second part is the city <> and the Third part is wave  ^__^
