Isaac Kappy Bodycam Footage Released and report - Defango TV 7-16-2019


The Phoenix Enigma just released the body cam footage from the Isaac Kappy incident as well as the report from the day with all the names of people involved with trying to help him before he jumped and the guy that "ran" him over. Maybe people have been making a mockery of this man's death and it's time to look out to the internet to see where we go from here. We have to thank Enigma for his investigation on the subject and hopefully put to rest some of the other new conspiracy theories that have bubble up over the last month.
