- the pig you maybe shouldn't eat raw… like vagina,, but it certainly is a rare dining experience...no pun

- 1) Nakahigashi
- This is the world-famous Japanese KAISEKI restaurant in Kyoto.
- It is actually, almost impossible to book a table but, you should ask the concierge or someone
- to call to see if they have any cancellations. Needs to be a Japanese speaker to get in.
- They open for lunch and dinner. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a space.
- This is the one of the Chef Takazawas' most favorite restaurants in Japan

- One of my favorite places I have ever been. You are already going right? You will have a great
- meal.

- This is cozy casual Japanese Kappo restaurant in Gion area.
- The owner chef ( now he is running this restaurant with his son ) is called Kawamoto-san
- 3) Mizai
- This restaurant is located in MARUYAMA park and this year, they've got 3 Michelin stars.
- His style is Japanese Tea-ceremony Kaiseki
- 4) Ugenta
- This is not in the city-center but, worth to try.
- It takes about 40 minutes by train. The area is called KIBUNE and good for sightseeing as well.
- Suppon ( soft-shelled turtle ) and Wild boar NABE ( Big hot pot )
- 5) Narita
- This is good for lunch.
- They serve beautiful '' TSUKEMONO '' Sushi
- TSUKEMONO as you know is Japanese pickled vegetables.
- 6) Wakuden - Murasakino -
- This is for tea.
- Whenever we visit Kyoto, we go this.
- They serve wonderful Japanese Green Tea is called GYOKURO.
- This is remarkable.
- And of course, sweets are also good.
