Non-Disclosure Agreement

with GAMING FOR GOOD

For members of the organization, applicants for membership, collaborators and other

parties signing this agreement.

When staying at the organization in FORST, and/or when collaborating, the following

agreement is made:

Non-Disclosure Agreement

In this context disclosed information is defined as:

Any data or information that is proprietary to GAMING FOR GOOD or related to its

members, collaborators or operations and not generally known to the public,

whether in tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, whether

received in writing, orally, visually, electronically or by any other means and

whether received before or after the date hereof, including, but not limited to:

Any marketing strategies, plans, financial information, or projections,

operations, earning estimates, business plans, and performance results

relating to the past, present or future activities of the organization, its

affiliates, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and partners.

Plans for products or services, and customer, member or supplier lists.

Any scientific or technical information, invention, design, process,

procedure, formula, improvement, technology or method.

Any concepts, reports, data, know-how, works-in-progress, development

tools, specifications, computer software, source code, flowcharts,

databases, information and trade secrets, and

Any other information that should reasonably be recognized as confidential

information

Goods and services and other work results.

The signing parties are obliged to treat the information, whether in tangible or intangible

form, as strictly confidential and are not allowed to commercialize, reuse, reutilize and

share it with third parties.

You agree not, in any public communication of any kind or any communication with

current or prospective collaborators, applicants or supporters of any type of GAMING

FOR GOOD to criticize, ridicule, make any derogatory or disparaging statement about

GAMING FOR GOOD and its projects.

The obligation to confidentiality does not apply, when a duty to disclose is requested by

justice, by order of authorities or by law.

The organization will make all necessary arrangements to ensure confidentiality.

Confidential data and information will only be shared with members of the organization,

applicants, collaborators or other third parties, if it is essential to fulfill their tasks. The

organization assures that those persons sign the NDA at hand.

The duty to keep Information absolutely confidential lasts even after the end of the

collaboration. By request, all data and other media including all copies as well as

documents and materials handed over, have to be returned.

The signing party is fully liable for all damages to GAMING FOR GOOD, which are a

result of infringement of these contractual obligations.

This non-disclosure agreement also applies to legal successors of the parties. Changes

and additions to this agreement must be given in writing.

This agreement is subject to German law. Domestic place of general jurisdiction is

FORST (LAUSITZ).
