On your Chromebook, go to this link here and install the app.

Once complete, go to your pc and install the app from here:

Once the app is on both devices, go to your Chromebook, click on "Remote Assistance" and click on "Access"
When on your pc, launch the app and click on "Remote Assistance" then click "Share"

Copy the code from your pc onto your Chromebook and click share on your pc when it requests for your Chromebook to control your computer.

After clicking share, wait for the Chromebook to show your pc screen and here you have a screenshare of your pc on the go.
