<font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❶</font><font size="3">Victor Xavier, more commonly known as Vic or even by his handle of 'Vandal', would appear to be just your normal inner city Jackal at first glance. Name brand clothes, a swagger of attitude, and thumping along to some bass heavy beats. Simple right? You wouldn't be more wrong. Under that mask lies a man of many mysteries. What he does, where he goes, most don't know or even wish to know. Though, if you were to go to his home town, you would know why. Being the son of rather infamously known crime boss has it's perks, but also a reputation. Even if Vandal is no longer running with his folks, his reputation still stands.<br>

<br><font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❷</font><font size="3">He had a regular upbringing, more or less, as his parents kept him pretty secluded from their work. Once he grew up, however, he figured things out rather quickly. He had always found it odd that he had never wanted for anything, had all of the latest fashion trends even if he never asked, and friends always wanted to come see him instead of the other way around. Though, unlike some who would have been ashamed or even skeptical of their parent's 'hobbies', he embraced it. As soon as he was able, he joined up and became the family enforcer. And he was good at it.<br>

<br><font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❸</font><font size="3">Quickly acquiring the street handle of 'Vandal', he became quite the terror. He spared almost no one from the wrath of crossing his family, but he kept some shred of morality by not involving kids or women. Though his targets did not fare well under his 'care'. If you forgot your payments, crossed his family, or showed any disrespect.. He was the one to come knocking at your door, and he was armed and ready to do damage. He was not above killing those his parents told him too either, and for his loyalty, he led a life of luxury. Whatever he wanted he got; Money, Women, Drugs.. It didn't matter, his parents saw to him getting it.<br>

<br><font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❹</font><font size="3">One thing about his family's 'business' was that they dealt with all kinds. Elements of the supernatural as well as normal. If it was an aspect of the paranormal, a legend or myth, even creatures of the night. Vic was no stranger to it either, and rather reveled in the mysteries each denizen of the other worlds had to offer. It was then that he found what his younger self had considered a life partner. .A mate, if you will.. And for a time they were happy. He started to pull back from the family business. Reason behind such motivations was that it had started to feel a tad empty and he went to looking for something more. Well, the person he had fallen in love with was one of the supernatural and..<br>

<br><font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❺</font><font size="3">Well, what some would call this woman would be a 'Black Widow'. She attempted to kill him for his life essence and almost succeeded. He has the scars across his body to prove what he survived. The woman doesn't even exist anymore, as his family saw fit to remove them. After that, he withdrew from the family and the world at large, just roaming about from place to place to find another meaning with life. His wandering took him all over the world, threw him into the world he had left behind and proved something to him. To save his life, his parents had made a deal with.. Well, something. He has yet to figure that out, but he has powers and abilities he never did before.<br>

<br><font size="5"><font color="#CE6700">❻</font><font size="3">This is where his story lands him now. Wandering about the world trying to find a meaning, and make new friends. Though, don't provoke him. Even if he left his past life, it's still recent enough in his memory that he does tend to fall back into old habits quite easily.
