- Tsunade's Melee Builds Up a Burst of Chakra, Which is Expended On Her Next Melee, Uppercut Unleashes a 3 Tile Frontal AoE Inflicting Large Knockup, Trip Unleashes a 3 Tile Grounded Melee That Stuns & Regular Melee Deals +4 Damage.
- Fury: Tsunade gains Fury equal to a quarter of the amount of Health she Heals or Regenerates. Pressing A summons Katsuyu with a Fury Drain of 4, gaining a new Skillset and 2 Health Regeneration. Dying in Katsuyu does not Kill Tsunade, and returns her to her normal Skillset.
- 1. Chakra Scalpel - 2 Tile Melee that deals 12 Chakra Damage. After successful use, for 3 seconds each Melee landed deals 1 Lightning Damage and adds a stack of Nervous Disarangement. At 2/3/4 Stacks, an enemy is Immobilized/Stunned/Confused for 3 seconds.
- 2. Heaven Spear Kick/Heavenly Kick of Pain - Drop Down while Midair, unleashing a 3 Tile AOE upon landing that deals 15 Earth Damage and Knocks Up. If Grounded, launches Tsunade into the Air before Dropping down 1 Second Later. Grounded Tiles in Range are Upheaved and become Solid for 1 second.
- During Yin Seal, triggers as Heaven Spear Kick-- Knocking Higher Up, and dealing 25 Bonus Damage to Shields.
- 3. Revival Jutsu - If uninterrupted for 3 seconds, 2 Tile Single AOE that Heals 50 Health and Revives an Ally.
- During Yin Seal, Heals 100 Health instead of 50, and is an AOE.
- 4. Mystical Palm - 1/2/3/4 Tile Melee that extends every 0.2 seconds, Heals 20, Restores 10 Chakra and Gains 40 Stamina, removing Bleed and Poison for Allies and Tsunade.
- During Yin Seal, increases to a 1/2/3/4 Tile AOE
- 5. Creation Rebirth - Channel for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds, Healing 25/50/75/100/125 Health and being unable to go below 1 Health, but becoming completely Immobile. {Seals/Execute still work}
- During Yin Seal, effects an Ally within a 1 Tile Melee as well.
- If cast again while Creation Rebirth is active, enter Yin Seal for 60 seconds upon completing the Jutsu, gaining 300 Chakra but gaining a Chakra Drain of 10. During Yin Seal, Health Regeneration triggers regardless of being In Combat. Upon reaching 0 Chakra, Yin Seal Ends and this Jutsu goes on a longer Cooldown then normal.

- 2. Katsuyu: Immense Healing Network - 1/2/3/4 Tile AOE that extends every 0.2 seconds, Heals 20, Restores 10 Chakra and Gains 40 Stamina, removing Bleed and Poison for Allies and Tsunade.
- Also unleashes a Global AOE for Allies with Slugs with a Quarter of the values.
- 3. Katsuyu Healing Bed - 4 Tile Double Sided Melee that Heals 50 Health and Revives.
- 4. Slug Great Division - Go Intangible for 2 seconds, and then unleash 50 Tile AOE that places Katsuyu Slugs on Allies for 30 seconds, Healing 1 Health, Restoring 2 Chakra and Gaining 4 Stamina every second.
- 5. Unsummon Katsuyu - Unsummons Katsuyu, saving Half of current Fury.
