  1. Ingredients

  3. 1 medium Yellow Onion
  4. 4 cloves Garlic Clove
  5. 2 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
  6. 2 1/4 lb Ground Beef, 85% Lean
  7. 1 tbsp Hunt's Tomato Paste
  8. 1 cup Tomato, Large
  9. 4 oz Chile
  10. 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  11. 1 tbsp Oregano
  12. 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  13. 1/2 tsp Paprika
  14. 1 tsp Pepper, Black
  15. 1 tsp Salt
  16. 1 cup Chicken Broth (canned)

  20. Chop onion, mince garlic, and chop bell peppers.
  21. In a large skillet, sauté the onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
  22. Brown the ground beef and drain moisture.
  23. Transfer the meat and vegetables to the slow cooker.
  24. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  25. Cover; cook on Low 6 to 8 hours (or on High for 3 to 4 hours.).
  26. Stir about half way through.
