LoA Rules
1.  You MUST NOT attack/scout
	(a) our allies,
	(b) alliances that have an NAP with us,
	(c) allies of EXO and HIS,
	(d) any alliance with a total power of over 60 million, unless you have an R4's permission, and
	(e) any alliance with a member with over 4 million power, unless you have an R4's permission.

You CAN BE kicked immediately if you break this rule.

2. If you are inactive for 1 day, you will receive a warning and be demoted to R1. If you are inactive for 3 days you will be kicked immediately. If you have a legitimate reason for being inactive, please let Xenom know in advance.

3. The minimum donation requirement per week is 35,000. If you do not meet this target you will receive a warning and be demoted to R1. If this happens a second time then you will be kicked.

4. The individual power of all members will be checked once a week. Anyone with no/minimal growth will be given a warning and be demoted to R1. If this happens a second time then you will be kicked.
