<size="10"><u>Section A: General Rules</u></size>
<size="8">A1. Treat all members and staff with respect!</size>
<size="5">> Using derogatory (racial, homophobic, etc.) slurs will be counted under this rule.​</size>

<size="8">A2. HydraSCP staff have the final say.</size>
<size="5">> Do not argue with them! If you have an issue, report it on the forums.</size>

<size="8">A3. Do not ban or punishment evade. This will only result in significantly higher consequences.</size>

<size="8">A4. Do not impersonate staff. This will result in an permanent, un-disputable ban.</size>

<size="8">A5. Do not threaten to or take malicious actions against any user or our server. This will result in an irrevocable community ban.</size>
<size="5">> This includes DDoSing, Doxing, hacking, etc.</size>

<size="8">A6. Do not loophole the rules, or in other words, try to find ways around them.</size>


<size="10"><u>Section B: Gameplay</u></size>
<size="8">B1. Do not teamkill.</size>

<size="8">B2. Do not exploit the game in any fashion.</size>
<size="5">> This includes exploiting glitched features of the game. (Exploits that negate fall damage are fine)</size>

<size="8">B3. No ghosting!</size>
<size="5">> Ghosting is the act of guiding players who are alive while you are dead (spectator).</size>

<size="8">B4. No delaying the round!</size>
<size="5">> Do not do anything to needlessly prolong the round (such as sitting in a room). This includes purposefully waiting for NTF spawns.​</size>

<size="8">B5. Do not ruin the round for other people!</size>

<size="8">B6. Do not purposefully kill yourself so you don't have to be the role you don't want.</size>
<size="5">> Doing things such as jumping off of the ledge in HCZ (the one that kills you), will get you set to spectator for the rest of the round.</size>

<size="8">B7. No spawn camping. If you witness an incoming spawn you should leave the area to avoid spawn camping.</size>

<size="8">B8. Found below are the teams each class can team with:</size>
<size="5">> NTF (+guards) can team with: Scientists, D-class (disarmer turns them to NTF), and Chaos (only if mutually killing an SCP).
> Chaos can team with: D-class, Scientists (disarmer turns them to chaos), SCPs and NTF (only if mutually killing an SCP).
> Scientists can team with: D-class, NTF (+guards), Chaos, SCPs.
> D-class can team with: Anyone
> SCPs Can Team With: D-class, Chaos, Scientists.</size>

<size="8">B9. Do not go on banned spots.</size>


<size="10"><u>Section C: Voice Chat</u></size>
<size="8">C1. Any terrible microphone qualities that result in high-static, white noise, high-pitched ringing, etc. will result in that user being muted until they fix their issue.</size>

<size="8">C2. Do not play music over spectator chat.</size>
<size="5">> The music should NOT include any racial or homophobic slurs and should definitely NOT be ear rape. If you're playing possibly offensive music, or you're playing music through spectator, scp chat, radio, or intercom and are asked to stop, stop!</size>

<size="8">C3. Voice changers are simply not allowed.</size>

1. Peanut has increased health! Now 8,000 HP from 4,000 HP.
2. Increased intercom time from 20 seconds to 40 seconds!
3. Reserved slots for Donators and Senior Staff!
4. 939 auto-heals upon each kill!
5. 049 can now resurrect people that zombies kill!
6. .stalk command for 106 allowing him to teleport to peoples feet.
7. 079 commands such as blackout!
9. .scpswap command - swap SCPs with someone at the beginning of the round!
