[Aether][LFM][sHC] Static looking for MCH/BARD, SMN/RDM, Ninja, and SCH/AST For ultimate prog and 4.2


What are we about?

- Newly formed static, looking to be efficient with progging and clearing content.
- Communication is a goal to work on considering it's a new group of people.
- We all have the same Mindsets, which is important to us.

We're not competitive to the level of going for top 10 globally, but we want to push ourselves as far as we can go without burning ourselves out. Ideally, we will be looking for a minimum of 20 hours per week for prog and after prog we will minimize the amount of days.
We are looking for exceptional players with high DPS, great raid awareness, and the experience and knowledge of the game to push themselves and the team to the limit. We are looking for members who are impressive not just on logs, but also in practice.
We expect the same effort from you that we put in ourselves, even if it is a "bad raid night" we are aware that happens.

Schedule:

9-12est on Mon, Tue, Wed and Thurs, then 6-12est on Sun
We understand if you cant make it during some nights due to life issues, but all we ask is to say ahead of time so we know to not raid or get a rep.

The schedules are pretty set in stone, so no adjustments to them.
