Mr. Speaker,

There have been a lot of complaints about the relationship between the eCanadian forum and our IRC channels. For example, some of these complaints have arisen when prominent members of our community, like TemujinBC and Jacobi, leave eCanada ingame and thus do not participate in forum activity due to their lack of citizenship. However, they may still have powers in our IRC channels since they do not require citizenship to participate in conversations and chat.

I would like to make a motion, where we officially separate the eCanadian IRC channel network from the 'roleplay' aspects of eRepublik and our forums. In the past few years, our IRC community has grown seprate from the the traditional 'Roleplay' that occurs on the forums, and this motion would include details in the constitution (and other areas, if required) regarding this separation.
