  21. Testing Nodes |
  22. Turret Level 9 (Turret A - First Linked)
  23. Turret Level 9 (Turret B – Second Linked)
  24. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Third Linked)
  25. Expected Result | A-B-Ice is expected order (At this time Turret Assumed to have higher priority)
  26. True Result | A-B-Ice as expected.
  27.
  28. [Priority Testing #4]
  29. What we are testing | Defense Node Priority: Does Black Ice or Turret have Higher Priority?
  30. Testing Nodes |
  31. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice - First Linked)
  32. Turret Level 9 (Turret B – Second Linked)
  33. Turret Level 9 (Turret A – Third Linked)
  34. Expected Result | A-B-Ice (Expectation to maintain same as previous test)
  35. True Result | Ice-B-A – Revelation - There is no difference between Turret and black ice.
  36.
  37. [Priority Testing #5]
  38. What we are testing | Antivirus Priority: Does Antivirus have any effect on Defensive Node Priority?
  39. Testing Nodes |
  40. Turret Level 9 (Turret A – First Linked) – no additional nodes
  41. Turret Level 9 (Turret B – Second Linked) – Passive Mining Node – Sentry level 18
  42. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Third Linked) – Sentry Level 7
  43.
  44.
  45. Expected Result | *The way the nodes are linked, Turret A will have no Sentry AV, Turret B will have Partial Sentry AV, Black Ice will have Sentry AV. We expect the AV to reverse the order: Black Ice (Full AV) – Turret B (Partial AV) – Turret A (No AV)
  46.
  47. True Result | Turret A- Turret B – Black Ice – AV has NO EFFECT on priority order. Link order has highest priority.
  48.
  49. [Priority Testing #6]
  50. What we are testing | Passive Node Priority: If a passive node gets filled with Antivirus, will it count as a full defensive node?
  51. Testing Nodes |
  52. Turret Level 9 (Turret A – First Linked) – no additional nodes
  53. Bitcoin Mine Level 9 Bitcoin Mine (BCmine – Second Linked) – Sentry level 18
  54. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Third Linked) – no additional nodes
  55. Expected Result | A-BCmine-Ice (Expectation that AV nodes are treated as fully defensive)
  56. True Result | Turret A – Ice – BCmine – Passive nodes filled with AV are NOT treated as defensive nodes. Defensive nodes are still attacked first based off Link Priority.
  57.
  58. [Priority Testing #7]
  59. What we are testing | Passive Node Priority: If a passive node gets filled with Antivirus, does it still take priority over other passive nodes?
  60. Testing Nodes |
  61. Turret Level 9 (Turret A – First Linked) – no additional nodes
  62. Bitcoin Mine Level 9 Bitcoin Mine (BCmine A– Second Linked) – no additional nodes
  63. Bitcoin Mine Level 9 Bitcoin Mine (BCmine B – Third Linked) – Sentry level 18
  64. Expected Result | Turret A – BCmine A – BCmine B (Expectation is that Link Priority will take even in this instance)
  65. True Result | Turret A – BCmine B – BCmine A - Defensive nodes have higher priority, while Passive nodes with AV have priority over passive nodes without priority.
  66.
  67. [Priority Testing #8]
  68. What we are testing | Defense Node Priority: Does Sentry really have the highest priority?
  69. Testing Nodes |
  70. Turret Level 9 (Turret - First Linked)
  71. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Second Linked)
  72. Sentry Level 7 (Sentry – Third Linked)
  73. Expected Result | Sentry-Turret-Ice (Expectation is that Sentry takes highest priority, then link priority)
  74. True Result | Turret-Ice-Sentry - Sentry is the same as any other defensive node, no special priority. Link Priority takes precedence.
  75.

  81. [Priority Testing #9]
  82. What we are testing | Defense Node Priority: Does Sentry hold priority if its still spreading
  83. Testing Nodes |
  84. Turret Level 9 (Turret - First Linked)
  85. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Second Linked)
  86. Sentry Level 18 (Sentry – Third Linked) – Bitcoin mine attached to continue spread.
  87. Expected Result | Turret-Ice-Sentry (Sentry spreading should not matter, but we want to test anyways)
  88. True Result | Turret-Ice-Sentry - Sentry is the same as any other defensive node, no special priority even when spreading. Link Priority takes precedence.
  89.
  90. [Priority Testing #10]
  91. What we are testing | Defense Node Priority: Does Sentry hold priority if its still spreading
  92. Testing Nodes |
  93. Turret Level 9 (Turret - First Linked)
  94. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Second Linked)
  95. Sentry Level 18 (Sentry – Third Linked) – Bitcoin mine attached to continue spread.
  96. Expected Result | Turret-Ice-Sentry (Sentry spreading should not matter, but we want to test anyways)
  97. True Result | Turret-Ice-Sentry - Sentry is the same as any other defensive node, no special priority even when spreading. Link Priority takes precedence.
  98.
  99. [Priority Testing #11]
  100. What we are testing | Defense Node Priority: Does Sentry level Matter?
  101. Testing Nodes |
  102. Sentry Level 7 (Sentry A – First Linked) – Bitcoin mine x2 attached to continue spread.
  103. Sentry Level 18 (Sentry B – Second Linked) – Library x2 attached to continue spread
  104. Turret Level 9 (Turret - Third Linked) – no additional nodes
  105. Black Ice Level 9 (Ice – Fourth Linked) – no additional nodes
  106. Expected Result | Sentry A – Sentry B – Turret – Ice (Expected no difference as before)
  107. True Result | Sentry A – Sentry B – Turret – Ice (Results as Expected) Link Priority takes precedence.
  108.
  109. [Priority Testing #12]
  110. What we are testing | Passive Node Priority: Do Passive Nodes differ in priority?
  111. Testing Nodes |
  112. Bitcoin Mine Level 9 Bitcoin Mine (BCmine A – First Linked) – no additional nodes
  113. Bitcoin Mine Level 9 Bitcoin Mine (BCmine B – Second Linked) – Sentry level 7
  114. Code Gate Level 8 (Gate – Third Linked) – Sentry Level 7
  115. Compiler Level 4 (Compiler – Fourth Linked) – Sentry Level 18
  116. Expected Result | BCmine B – Gate – Compiler – BCmine A - Expectation is for Link order to take precedence, then passive node.
  117. True Result | Compiler – BCmine B – Gate – BCmine A
  118. Result is only not as expected for one reason. Higher Sentry fills node faster than lower sentry.
  119. Confirmation that AV filled nodes take priority over partial AV filled nodes.
  120. Link Priority is maintained: Code Gates don’t have special priority
  121. Summary:
  122. 1) The Order you link nodes is what determines the order the nodes are attacked.
  123. 2) Defensive nodes (Black Nodes - Sentry, Black Ice, Turret) will always take priority over Passive nodes (White Nodes).
  124. 3) Passive Nodes with AV (turned Black) will take priority over normal passive nodes (White Nodes).
  125. 4) Passive Nodes with Partial AV (Partially Black) will take priority over normal passive nodes (White Nodes).
  126. 5) Passive Nodes with AV are NOT treated as defensive nodes.
  127. 6) Wraithed and Upgrading nodes have the lowest priority always.
  128.
  129. (Link Order -> Defense Nodes -> Passive Nodes with AV -> Passive Nodes)
  130.
