- Chicken Tender Sandwiches
- Ingredients:
- Chicken - Tyson Naturals Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast Strips
- Cheese 1 - Kraft Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cheese 2 - Kraft Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four Cheese
- Buns - Franz Potato Buns (larger) or Oroweat Potato Buns (smaller)
- Seasoning - Tony Cachere's Original Creole Seasoning
- Full Instructions:
- 1. Place 4 tenders on plate and microwave for 1:00
- 2. At the same time, turn on toaster oven to ~415F and set the timer to ~15mins
- 3. Cover pan in foil, place defrosted tenders on pan and in toaster oven
- 4. Place buns on plate, mozzarella cheese on bottom buns and Mexican cheese on top buns, season to taste
- 5. 4-5 minutes in, turn over tenders. Set temperature to ~350F
- 6. 4-5 minutes later, turn over tenders. Set temperature to ~415F
- 7. 1-3 minutes later, microwave buns for 1:00
- 8. Assemble all ingredients (put any batter pieces in the middle of each sandwich) and enjoy!
