- have wooper and two random pokemon in the party
- get tm27 x2, tm48 x2, flower mail x77 and potion xAny
- (safe braindead strat for now): fill entire item pocket, then toss last item from item pocket
	- complex strat: cancel button must have quantity of zero, not sure how to verify this but can check wItemQuantityBuffer when pressing Cancel
- give tm48 to wooper
- teach wooper return in first slot
- deposit flower mail x55, tm27 x1, tm48 x1
- give mail to 1st random pokemon, name the mail with the following:
	4 4 4 ♀ 'v & 2 × ♀ pk 'v y é E 5 A
	H é T 2 × x 's E 5 0 ... 'm ... 5
- move potion to bottom of inventory
- go to pokecenter 2nd floor PC
- name boxes 1-3 with the following:
	's E 5 0 5 's E 5
	pk T h ♀ 'l 'd 'd p
	'd
- friendly clone random mon:
	- use a box that hasn't hit 20 (zero is preferred)
	- move or release all pokemon from that box
	- upon reload, use a potion to bring up the party menu but don't actually use it
	- check box
	- if mon nick = ??????????, reset and continue
	- otherwise release and try again
- once acquired friendly clone (glitched mon with ?????????? as its name):
	- take one step down and open menu
	- read mail
	- flash wooper's stat screen
	- go to item pocket
	- attempt to toss 21 mails but don't actually (so that the 21 appears when tossing)
	- scroll to cancel and press A
	- take one step up to access the PC
	- go to withdraw menu
	- if done correctly, the game should place a TM15 in the first slot of the item pocket
- use a potion to bring up the party menu but don't actually use it
- to verify:
	- name box 1: 0 9 é A 2 'd
	- use TM15 (in item pocket slot 1)
	- this example code should give TM40 x255 to the TM pocket
- release the friendly clone
