Welcome to the Season 1 Rule-book for Minors OS.
Now there will be many similarities with official Minors, but not all the same.

--Eligibility Rules--
-Max. number of seasons with HHCL/PGHL OS/PGHL/5v5 is 9 full-seasons.
-Can not be an alt.
-Can not be suspended in regular Minors.
-Can not be a previous Captain, Alt caps are allowed to be eligible.

--Suspension/Bans Rules--
We are going to be light on suspensions this season because it's our sort of starter season, but basically you will have three strikes with suspensions, if you come out to have three, it's a temp. ban.
-If you are caught using an alt, it's a temp. ban.
-If you are the user of a shared account, you are banned. If you are the creator of the account, it's a 2-season suspension.
-If you are caught abusing admin of any sorts (pkicking without perms, fanning without perms, etc) then that's a rest-of-the-season suspension.
-If you hold a player (on your team) captive, that's a 25-30 game suspension. And your captain spot will be yanked from you.
-Anything bad that you have done over discord can be up to a full-season suspension. If you do something over discord you can not be banned, but you do get suspended.

--General Rules--
-If a player wishes to be traded, and it comes out to be 3 weeks without getting traded, he will be auto cut and able to sign with another team.
-ALL TRADES WILL NOT BE VOTED UPON BY BOARD, BUT IF TWO TEAMS ARE SEEN TO BE FORMING TOGETHER, SUSPENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN OUT.
-Maximum number of players on a roster is 15.
-Game times will be at 5-6-9.
-A TRADE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY ONE SIDED, WILL HAVE TO BE VOTED ON.
