I meant it looks ugly to me because .. while it is an achievement to shove so many things inside that box .. it still feels half way.
You basically just bought readily available components and shoved them in a box.

For example...
No need for that AC connector with input filtering built in, remove that and use some thinner connector (more space available). The 19v power supply has mains filtering built in (or should have but apparently not), so it's redundant and just takes space.

The retail HD-PLEX 19v ac-dc is crap, lousy efficiency (makes lots of heat, it's just above 80% efficient) and takes up a lot of space as well.
For example it's 150(D) x 52 (W) x 40 (H) mm

Here's what you could have done..

Buy a 18-19v AC-DC converter just for the motherboard, 65w-100w should do (the mb would run just fine with 18v, it's close enough to 19v).

Then you can buy a AC to DC 12v psu for the video card. The GTX 1060 uses up to 120 watts, and it could use less if you reduce the power limit in the video card drivers, or lower the frequency.
But just to be on the safe side, you can buy a 150w power supply.

So now you can hack the pci-e extension cable to have 12v in the slot and at the 6/8 pin pci-e connector coming from the 12v power supply and the 19v power supply takes care only of the motherboard.


Then there's the different color cables coming from the power supply - i guess you didn't want to cut them to make the design prettier.

Then you have that horrible cpu fan .. and you could have removed the video card shroud and the fan and use a couple of 10-15mm tall fans on the top  .. could have used custom fans for the cpu as well and maybe even a custom aluminum heatsink block.

in that case you could probably go with 2 x 92mm fans to basically have the whole top as a fan to cool both the cpu and the power supplies.
