I want to give my sincerest apologies for breaking the rules in harassment.  In the time I've been away,  I've come to realize what I've did wrong and that I let my emotions get the better of me again.   I didnt think about it but I could've avoided in escalating things further.   Im very sorry to have harassed a user.   I have no excuses for what I've done and I promise that this will be the last time I let anything at all get the better of me.   I will avoid everything and anything that could result in unnecessary conflict, and use the report and ignore function from here on.   I will be a completely different person.   I ask that you give me just one more chance, just a bit of leniency this one time and I can promise that I wont break this rule or any other.  This is the only ban I've had in my nearly 3 years that I've been on f-list and I've been improving for the longest time during so I hope you can take my word.
