  1. The Pirate Party Switzerland moves to modify its or the membership fee as
  2. follows:

  4. 1. Each ordinary member shall pay to the PPI Headquarters the following
  5. membership fee:
  6. a) 30 EUR base fee;
  7. b) plus 15 EUR if the member is registered in whatever form required in that
  8. country;
  9. c) plus 15 EUR if the member has run in any election;
  10. d) plus 250 EUR per supranational or national member of parliament within
  11. their membership;
  12. e) plus 50 EUR per regional member of parliament within their membership;
  13. f ) plus 10 EUR per local member of parliament within their membership.
  14. 2. If any political and financial benefits originating from a member of
  15. parliament are predominantly consumed by another political parties said
  16. member of parliament is not counted in the calculation of the membership
  17. fee.
  18. 3. If any political and financial benefits originating from a member of
  19. parliament are equally split with other political parties said member of
  20. parliament is counted only with the respective fraction in the calculation
  21. of the membership fee.
  22. 4. Each observer member shall pay to the PPI Headquarters half the amount
  23. due if it were an ordinary member unless said observer member is part of an
  24. ordinary member or a paying observer member.
  25. 5. The membership fee is due at the June 30, 2013.
  26. 6. The money originating from the membership fee must be spent in accordance
  27. with the budget accepted by the General Assembly.
  28. 7. The PPI board shall present full accounting data on the collection and
  29. expenditure of the money originating from the membership to the next
  30. ordinary General Assembly.
  31. 8. The lay auditors elected by the General Assembly shall verify the
  32. correctness of the accounting data and present their report to the next
  33. ordinary General Assembly.
