	Chronicler: 	The creatures flit about in the snow, swarming around a central mound of snow. They move defensively, almost like a Combee around a hive.
Upon closer look...
The minuscule creatures flits about on wings that beat like a hummingbird’s. Its tiny face vaguely resembles a human’s, and its tail ends in a sharp stinger.

Avara: 	sorry you ended up putting all of that together for a really awkward avoiding-each-other scene
	Chronicler: 	As you continue on, you see the sun rise.
DNA: 	I kinda feel bad too. I really really like that thing, but IC I can't justify going out of the way for one.
DNA: 	"In a few hours, the sun will rise!"
	Chronicler: 	As you get far enough away, explosions behind you in the area erupt. The crackling of metal and the crushing of bone can be heard in the distance.
	Chronicler: 	Looking back you can see the waves of a field effect come into existence and the snow in that area crunch downward and the tree's lean just slightly lower toward the ground.
DNA: 	Cool guys don't look at explosions.
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"... I think we made the right choice. That looks *very* painful."
* Saturn Rosewell gulped.
	Chronicler: 	Within minutes the field effect vanishes and a rumbling beneath your feet echoes.
Your journey continuing to the northeast, beyond that distance experience, is uneventful.
	Chronicler: 	You continue onward just after 1400 hours and...
	Chronicler: 	Come back to the road only to find a red head in a tight leather shirt and shorts (and naught else, noticeably) standing in the icy road punching the ground.
DNA: 	Maikoa is that you?
	Chronicler: 	She's standing almost a meter and a half deep into her own self-created creator as she continues, glancing up at you briefly before considering you no threat.
DNA: 	Self-created crater, right?
Chronicler: (( Mini-crater. D: ))
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Aren't you cold like that?" Chloe asked.
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head pauses and huffs before wiping a bit of sweat from her brow and looks over to Chloe, "Me?" Strange Red Head points to The Star Dazzler, "Your girlfriend there is butt-naked and you're asking if I'm cold?"
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler crosses her arms but says nothing. Denies nothing.
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head dusts herself off before cracking her knuckles, "Anythin' I can help you with, by the by? Or just cummin' to gawk at my shapely visage?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	Chloe giggled, "You just seem to be making a striking impression."

	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler glances to Chloe before returning her gaze to the lady, "Still haunted by nightmares and impulses to cover yourself in the blood of the innocent, Gloria?"

	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head glares at TSD and turns her head slightly, "I know you, lady?"
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler watches her for a moment but says nothing.
	Strange Red Head: 	"Well if you're one of those do-gooder types, you can try and stop me from soiling this ground with blood if you want to." Strange Red Head returns to thrusting her fists into the icy soil beneath her, "See if I care."
	The Star Dazzler: 	"Who're you going to hurt this time, Gloria?"
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head paused just for a moment as the name 'Gloria' was spoke. But just for a moment.
	Strange Red Head: 	"Listen. I dunno who this Glory-gal is but it ain't this beauty you're lookin' at." Strange Red Head grunts as she strikes the ground harder.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...When did you two meet before?" Saturn's question was aimed at the Star Dazzler.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	Intuition to see if the strange red head is telling the truth, at least, 6d6+2 .
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler watches the red-head for a moment and turns to Saturn, "Gloria is my arch-nemesis from Saffron." The Star Dazzler sighs heavily, "And my sister."
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head paused entirely at that line and stares at the ground.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...maybe I shouldn't have asked..."
Strange Red Head whispers: You note something odd is going on. You can literally feel the truth pouring from Star Dazzler but you also can tell that the red-head is also telling the truth.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"I thought you were acting strange, someone like you could only act that upset at someone you care about."
	Strange Red Head: 	"Look, I ain't your bloody sis', alright? You're confused. And naked. And oddly silver."
You whisper to Kaorin Sakura: So Gloria has forgotten, or is suppressing it?
	The Star Dazzler: 	"My sister didn't know my true identify. But I'm not about to show my true form to someone I fought daily."
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head's eye twitched but she looked down at the dirt and began assaulting it again, "Whatever, lady. But you can rightly fuck-off now."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler looked conflicted and turned to Saturn, "What should I do? I know she's just going to hurt someone, maybe herself and she's lying to me. Probably followed me when I got exiled from Saffron..."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	Chloe looked to Saturn, trying to see what she made of the situation.

	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head's fist suddenly crunches sickeningly into the ground and she smiles incredibly slowly.

Strange Red Head whispers: You sense a glimmer of life from Gloria. But none else with her. Nor under her.
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler watches with an eyebrow raised, "I'm not sure. Digging? Though poorly."
	Alsine Kolstad: 	Alsine lifts Chloe and flies up two meters. "Assume she's good at it. She looks confident.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	Chloe makes a mount check, making the burden of carrying her easier. 11
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head suddenly clears enough ground to pull something out of it. In a single swoop and pulls out a coffin and tosses it aside with one hand.
It crashes into the ground heavily and the lid nearly opens.
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler drops her hands to her side and watches Gloria intently, "Okay. That's....new."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...I'm guessing she was looking for this?"

	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head turns to you all, "Still here? Morbin wankers..." Strange Red Head moves to the coffin and rips off the lid in two, revealing a skeleton in a red collared shirt, khaki pants and a white lab-coat. Strange Red Head inspects the corpse carefully.
Strange Red Head whispers: You seem convinced she's not a shapeshifter. Or just a good one.
	The Star Dazzler: 	"This is graverobbing, isn't it? That's a coffin. This is a crime!"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"We can't really leave after that."
	Strange Red Head: 	"In the middle of the road! Come off it, lady!"
	Alsine Kolstad: 	Alsine suspects vampyres. Is Strange Red Head one? Occult
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head begins undressing the skeleton at the pants, "Gotta be here..."

* Jennifer Attaway puts a hand on Star's shoulder.

	Alsine Kolstad: 	"What are you?" Alsine asked the woman. Her eyes narrowed. "Not human, clearly."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Besides... if anything, this'd allow for the grave to be moved to a marked location, rather than being tread upon any time someone comes through here."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...Information we aren't going to get willingly, it sounds like."
* Saturn Rosewell shuddered at Alsine's comment, though her facial expression didn't change.
* Jennifer Attaway looks to Red. "Would you mind taking a moment to explain the situation and answer questions, so that things don't devolve into fisticuffs? We're all very tired, and have been walking a long time trying to reach town."
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head pulls the pants off the hips of the skeleton and licks her lips, "What? Of course I'm a human." Strange Red Head glances to TSD, "Well, I suppose as much as she is anyway. Gots me some muscles I do..." Strange Red Head sticks her hands literally through the pelvic bone with a loud crack.
Strange Red Head whispers: That was a lie. You felt that lie. Like heat from a fire.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...Liar."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	Chloe winces, wanted to stick to Star's plan more and more as things went on.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Now I know my friend is correct. What are you?"
	Strange Red Head: 	"Well, if I gotta say, and I ain't no liar, I'm looking for a....a map o'sorts." Strange Red Head gently pulls two cylinder devices from the shatter pelvic bone of the corpse. Shaped almost like large batteries Strange Red Head quickly stuffs them under her shirt into her cleavage, "I can put this thing back if it'll make you guys feel better."
Strange Red Head whispers: The words left her lips like venom. Obvious poisonous sarcasm.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"A map...of sorts. A map to what."
You whisper to Kaorin Sakura: So she's actually like Poison-type, or is that just you being poetic?
Strange Red Head whispers: Poetic.
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head positioned herself so the coffin is between her and your group, "Oh, y'know the usual. Untold treasure, incredible power, riches beyond imagine and the age-old, glorious none-of-your-damn-business."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler clenched her hands into fists as she watched the strange red head move and speak.
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"..." Jen thinks about it for a bit. And takes her hand off of Dazzler's shoulder.
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Patience ran out."

	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Do you know of a place to rest nearby? We can help you bury the coffin if you want to join us."

Strange Red Head steps back a few paces from the coffin, "How's about youuuuuuuuuuuuuu---" Strange Red Head suddenly lifts 4-meters into the air. Obvious psychic aura eminating from Saturn as she does.
	The Star Dazzler: 	"I can punch her now?"
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...Drop it."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	(Comment directed at the redhead)
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Punch her out of the air, please."
	Strange Red Head: 	"Tch, bandits alright. Just gonna thief me goods, right?" Strange Red Head points at Saturn, "Put me down or so help me I'll start firin' my lasers."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...that's the best threat you could come up with?"
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"... Oh, Saturn has her."

	Saturn Rosewell: 	Then to the redhead, "And can you please just calm down? We don't need to go around stealing people's stuff. That would be foolish."
DNA: 	(Gloria is technically about at the ground level - just suspended in midair)
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler grabs hold of the Strange Red Head and hangs from her in the air attempting to solidify a hold.

	Jennifer Attaway: 	"That was planned, yes."
	The Star Dazzler: 	"I planned to put her somewhere safe not to sit around until she can attack us...but if you think that's logical..."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The injury lowered the Defense stat!
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"That works too. Just... something. Making sure she doesn't die."
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head acquires a bruise on her neck fromt he strangling.
	The Star Dazzler: 	"Kinda sorta meant that! Just sleep already!"

	Alsine Kolstad: 	"She'll simply attack if we let her out now. That is not an option Miss Jen. We have her cornered, she does not know if she'll ever wake up once the lights go out."
	Strange Red Head: 	Strange Red Head is currently being strangled, unallowed to speak and desperately trying to fight off a silver blond haired super woman.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...We're not going to leave her to die out here."

	Jennifer Attaway: 	"None of my abilities are all that good on unconscious people, and the open hostility means most of what I can do'll be hard to work with even if she's conscious, so I'd like to figure this all out before she wakes. Anyone who has any ideas, go ahead and try something."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...I can't read minds or anything - just push things around."
	The Star Dazzler: 	"I wasn't worried. I'm impervious to mindbending."
	The Star Dazzler: 	"And you're my friends. I trust you." The Star Dazzler giggled, happy and calm, "Though if I began to find any of you ladies sexually appealing I just might begin to question mindbending..."

	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...Hotter than normal? Like she has a thermal heat source?"
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Maybe. A little hotter than the average female her size and shape."

	The Star Dazzler: 	"Uh, okay that's weird. My sister was super-strong and a great boxer. But metal bones she didn't have." The Star Dazzler flexes her fingers, "I've punched her enough to know the feeling of real bone crunching."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler thought for a moment, "Well, I'm not exactly cold out here. And I haven't had the opportunity to see Gloria outside the city so...I just assumed it was hereditary."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"So a lot of things not adding up? Maybe this really isn't her."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Maybe not...which ...is kinda what I thought. But if it's not her, who is it?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Does anyone have a bandage for her? We should at least help that much."
DNA: 	I know, but not IC.
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler rubs her chin, "Looks and sounds exactly like her though. Down to the provocative attire and her love of stinky leather."
	Alsine Kolstad: 	"Doesn't seem to be an issue of shapeshifting." Alsine examined more closely. Recalling what she knew about unconciousness and shapeshifting as well as trying to identify any wornl magical items. Occult
	Alsine Kolstad: 	"Her outfit is glamoured, she has a bodysuit on. Her flesh is her own, she would have returned when she lost conciousness if she was a shapeshifter. At least, any ordinary shapeshifter."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler applies a bandage to the redhead.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Then she's probably no ordinary shapeshifter. It probably has to do with the metal bones..."
	Alsine Kolstad: 	"Perhaps. Or she is who we assume she is."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"And we assume she's...what, exactly?"
	The Star Dazzler: 	"So, what do we do with her now? And we're keeping the cylinders, right? Figure out what it is?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Wouldn't that make us graverobbers?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"We watched her dig it up, we let her collect it. We can't just take it and pretend like we didn't know where it came from."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Can we figure out what they are right now?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"I... I'm not saying it's anyone's fault. I know you wanted to stop her from the start Star."
	The Star Dazzler: 	"So we're just gonna give it back? Pretend like this never happened?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"They look like batteries of some kind..." Technology.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	identifying what they are or what purpose they have
	Jennifer Attaway: 	Knowledge, same. had to deal with distractions.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Strange, the tech looks similar to the suits. I have no idea what they are or what they do. But... that's very suspicious."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Not sure exactly what they are, but they match up tech-wise with the suits those stranded people were wearing."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Does anyone else want to have a look?" Chloe held them out.
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"If we take them, she'll probably either try to track us down or rob another grave to get more."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"If we take them we really will be bandits. If we want info, we need to get it now. Either we give these back or destroy them." A thought struck Chloe, "If she wakes up, we might be able to bargain for information with the suits we have! We might have a huge lead on whatever it is she's looking for!"
	Saturn Rosewell: 	Intuition on the stuff. It probably won't work but it's worth a try:
	Alsine Kolstad: 	"If she's looking for the city itself. Not just hidden technology."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"We could probably afford to part with one without giving up our own leads, if we choose to look into it."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Someone more familiar with technology could go over the suits to see if there's a slot for these things?"

	Chloe Blanchett: 	"I don't want to physically give her anything, not with how she was treating us. But if we have something she wants we might force her to work with us."
The Star Dazzler whispers: They're definitely a power source of some kind. Meant to last quite a while but there seems to be more to what they can do than just power things. Something about the technology that links them with distorted time, disfigurement and information storage. You know you're on the right path but you're just short of breaking the code.
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"I want to spend as little time around her as possible, but..." she shrugs. "I'll let you handle talking with her, okay?"
You whisper to Kaorin Sakura: What would make me no longer short of breaking the code?
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"I don't know what we want, unless something in these batteries reveal something really, really dangerous." Chloe looked at the unconcious woman.
	Finch: 	Finch is scrutinizing the batteries.
	Alsine Kolstad: 	"Taking your time. That is a good sign."
The Star Dazzler whispers: You're not quite sure. You're a hair shor tand you can't figure out that last stretch.
	Finch: 	PokeKanto: "May I have a translator?"

	Finch: 	PokeKanto: "The batteries are a power source. The duration is very long but I cannot say how long. They also appear to have another purpose but I don't know what. Something about their technology has to do with distorting time, disfigurement, and information storage."
	Finch: 	PokeKanto: "There is a small piece of the puzzle I'm missing. I can't see what it is yet or how it all fits together."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Information would be good to learn..."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Could you take the same critical eye to the suits?"
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Star Dazzler, are you any good with technology? Maybe Finch can help you look over it." (assisted check to see if we glean more information)
	Finch: 	PokeKanto: "The suits we found from before? With the 10000 time acceleration and all that?"
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"Yes."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"See if these go with those, and so on."
	Finch: 	Finch gives those a look over too, comparing the new batteries to the bits of the suits he so thoroughly examined before. (Does that require another Tech Edu check, or do I know already?)
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"It's not a map though, not like she said. She might be trying to sell these to a power company. That's what I'd do if I were a grave robber. Of course, that kind of technology is good for the world."
	Jennifer Attaway: 	"She said 'a map of sorts', it could be metaphorical. Using these to find something, somewhere or someone else."
	The Star Dazzler: 	The Star Dazzler shrugs, "Uh, not unless it has a signal."
