DNA: 	So we explored more of the mausoleum after teleporting through some doors. It was very dark and stuff and we were trying to get out, so we had to negotiate. We somehow ended up at a ladder 6 hours northeast of town, so we went back, rested, reported (either last night or following morning), and it's now the start of a new day.
Chloe: 	what did you report specifically?
Trulhammaren: 	everything we ran into I assume, as it was a OOC report

	Chronicler: 	It is the start of a new day and you all feel refreshed and renewed. The smell of bread baking wafts over you.
	Chloe: 	"nrml... bread...?" Chloe slowly rose from her bed and got dressed. "Bread is good walking food, I wonder when the others will be ready."
	Natasha: 	"Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Wake UP!"
* Natasha promptly got up, but accidentally flew forward and hit her head against the wall.
	Natasha: 	"Ow..."
* Rochette wakes and goes through a basic morning routine before stepping out of her room to wait for the others.
* Valerie Ylsef had wandered down to the dining room earlier and can be found messing around with the pyromancy flame.
	Alsine: 	Alsine made her way to wait for the others.
	Alsine: 	"Good morning, Rochette."
	Rochette: 	"Hello."
* Saturn Rosewell came downstairs holding Natasha, who was rubbing her own head due to the bump she'd given herself.
	Chloe: 	"Moyaaaaawning..." Chloe entered the room as well, prepared for another day of adventure.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"G-Good morning everybody," Saturn said very timidly.
	Barak Kolberg: 	Barak Kolberg steps into the dining area carrying a tray with a freshly baked loaf of walnut bread. He looks over to Valerie and raises an eyebrow.
	Barak Kolberg: 	"I didn't take you for a....ah, what are they called? Fire breather? Fire bender? Fire...weaver?"
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Huh,.... oh I'm not."
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Found a weird thingamagig down in the maulseum and accidentally absorbed its power."
	Chloe: 	"Did you find out how to make it work?"
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Getting a handle on it I think."
	Barak Kolberg: 	Barak Kolberg rubs his chin, "Farbeit from me to give someone experienced in the field council - but we don't know all that much of our ancestry here. Our place was established on what land that cold be gained from the start. Who knows what was actually here before the event?" Barak Kolberg shrugs, "But let us hope that whatever it is you gained is a blessing and not a curse."
	Alsine: 	Alsine gathered herself some food. Filling a plate for the sleepy and socially distracted Chloe as well.
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Will do, but so far it doesn't seem to have any ill effects."
Barak Kolberg: (( So,I gather Barak, Valerie and Chloe (also Alsine) are in the dining area. Where are the others? ))
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...is everyone feeling okay, after yesterday's...trek?"
	Saturn Rosewell: 	(Saturn slowly joined up wherever the rest of the party is. So, I guess also in the dining area.)
* Ülang is waiting outside
* Rochette heads down to the dining area after a bit of time. "Good morning, everyone."
	Chloe: 	"I'm feeling fine. Mimsy's still a bit tired though, poor thing."
	Barak Kolberg: 	Barak Kolberg turns to Rochette, "Good morning, m'lady."
	Rochette: 	"... Valerie, please play with fire when we're not inside a building we don't want to burn."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"That...that's good."
* Valerie Ylsef closes her fist snuffing out the flame.
	Chloe: 	"Are you coming down with anything Saturn? You sound a little..."
	Chronicler: 	There's a few rappings at the front door.
	Barak Kolberg: 	"Excuse me." Barak Kolberg says to everyone in the room as he steps out of the dining area.
	Alsine: 	Alsine instincitively stands to go open the door, but remembers where she was.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Coming down? No, no, I'm just...trying to make small talk more. Is...Is that a bad thing?"
	Chloe: 	"No no!" Chloe backtracked nerviously. "You just seemed a little fatigued is all."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...I am a little. It was a long day yesterday. I'm not used to so much walking."
	Chloe: 	"The real bed helps though, doesn't it." Chloe said. She sighed as she took a bite of her warm, freshly baked walnut bread.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...yeah...yeah, it does. Kinda wish I could stay here."
	Chloe: 	"I do too. But to me, that's what's been so fun about traveling. I keep finding new places I want to stay. Before we became a team, I was satisfied with the first nice place I found, but there's so much more to the world than that."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I...I guess so...but not every place is all that nice, though. I want to find a nice place to stay one day. I don't know where that will be, though."
* Valerie Ylsef munches on some fresh bread.
* Natasha was listening in, but not without assembling plates for herself and Saturn. The bread was so tantalizing, it was quite a struggle to restrain herself from digging in.
	Chronicler: 	Suddenly a woman in a pair of black pants and leather boots with a black tank top steps into the room. She appears to be quite physically fit and stands at roughly six feet. She examines the room and nods to everyone, "May I come in or is this a bad time?"
	Alsine: 	Alsine continued to watch the door.
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Good enough as any I suppose. Who are you, if I may ask."
	Chloe: 	Chloe smiled to the new person, "Not at all, come sit down."
	Chronicler: 	The woman nods and pulls herself a chair at the table and takes a seat, "Much appreciated. I'm General Tande. I wanted to discuss with the Winter Lotus your dungeon delving into the mausoleum."
	Chloe: 	Chloe listend in, but waited for her to continue.
	Amundine Tande: 	"Based on your reports there appears to be a break-in into the mausoleum with undead furnished with unusual and effecient weaponry and a Golem you said deep within. There is a secondary entrance northeast of our town by a strange statue and you've encountered unusual creatures nearing that entrance. Is this correct?"
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"More or less."
	Chloe: 	"We have some of the weapons, if you want to examine them."
	Amundine Tande: 	"Only if you believe they won't be of use to you in your future endeavors with the mausoleum." Amundine Tande says with a dismissive wave, "Don't get me wrong. I'm not accusing your group of anything nor am I here to confiscate anything. I seek only information so that I can make the right choices moving forward."
	Chloe: 	"But I suspect it is a way for someone from the outside to sneak in. Before we reached the town for the first time, we found the body of a woman from here who had gone missing. I have a hunch the two might be related."
	Chloe: 	(brb)
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"We aren't one hundred percent, that the Golem, and stuff we ran into after that are connected to the maloseum by a two way passage, we only know for certain that we can get to that area via this side."
	Amundine Tande: 	"The fact that you encountered Vampyres that night around that body and later undead in the mausoleum furnished with weaponry does indeed show a link between the two. However, without more evidence I don't want to jump to any conclusions."
	Chloe: 	"I agree, it's why I wanted to go back to find more clues, if I could."
* Natasha nudged Chloe and whispered something.
You whisper to Chloe: Natasha asks Chloe "Ask her if she knows about walls or things that block auras."

	Chloe: 	Chloe listened to Natasha, then turned to General Tande, "Do you know of any... hm, walls or things that block auras?"
	Amundine Tande: 	"I'm glad to hear it. It's professionals like yourself that makes me glad I won't have to thin my forces." Amundine Tande nods appreciatively.
	Amundine Tande: 	"I'm a babbling babe when it comes to things of that nature. I'm a tactics and weapons expert." Amundine Tande shrugs, "If you want to talk about aura, crystals or enchantments Svea is the person you'd want to consult. I know I do whenever we come across something unusual."
	Amundine Tande: 	"But, I believe with Winter Lotus still on investigation I'll make my decision." Amundine Tande says as she stands up.
	Amundine Tande: 	"The town will be on lockdown for the time being. No one in or out, with the exception of Winter Lotus, until further notice. I'll have a unit stationed at the mausoleum to keep anything attempting to enter or escape the area from doing so. You all of course are free to come and go as you please - but we'll be expecting reports on the ongoings down in the mausoleum and the nature of your business for re-entering or resurfacing."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"......eep." Saturn, who had been quiet up til now, let out a small peep at the mention of the town being on lockdown now. This was pretty serious stuff.
	Rochette: 	"Is there a chance we might have some sort of courier pokemon? It would be more efficient than hiking back and forth every time we find something worthy of report."
	Amundine Tande: 	"That being said, I'm quite aware of many creatures whom possess the ability to alter their forms to look, sound and even smell like someone else. So, we'll give your group a codeword and a sign to allow you in and out of mausoleum and city. So we know its actually you."
	Chloe: 	"Thank you so much for your help." Chloe tried not to sound too pleased. She was thrilled their little group was trusted with so much.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"You mean like...like copycats?"
	Chloe: 	((mousey died again, brb))

	Amundine Tande: 	"DItto being the most notorious of this sort of shenaniganry but others possess the capability as well. Alas, a courier Pokémon would be at risk of doubling back and forth from such deep dungeon delves. Merely give us reports of your trips whenever you resurface. I don't imagine you'll plan on spending the remainder of your lives down there."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I certainly hope not...All this talk of copycats and lockdowns, suddenly I don't feel so good."
	Amundine Tande: 	"However, your codeword is Pineapple and your sign is the peacesign." Amundine Tande creates the peacesign with her index and middle finger of her right hand, "Try not to lose any hands down there."
Chloe has connected.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"You got that, Natasha?"
* Natasha made the peace sign and winked, enthusiastically!
	Rochette: 	((hand sign for entry is peace sign. password for entry is pineapple))
	Alsine: 	"Such codes might also help a shapeshifter within the party, such as myself. Even if I might only have two forms."
	Amundine Tande: 	Amundine Tande shrugs at Saturn, "Well, our town could very well be infiltrated by Vampyres. We've had issues with them every so often and then there is the issue of the strange Mightyena we found fleeing your group. Undead rising in our mausoleum, strange traps and portals - a Golem and a breach of security from outside of the town all points that it is high time we prevent entry and exit of our town until we get this handled. I don't know about you but I like where I live and I like it to be safe and secure."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...I'd like that too..." Saturn mumbled really quietly. Then a bit more audibly, "That's...fair, I guess. We'd better handle it quickly, then..."
	Chloe: 	"I was wondering about the mightyena. They didn't seem to be citizens or guests of the city. And I know that pokemon are treated the same as humans within the walls of this town, so you would have know about them if you did let them in."
	Amundine Tande: 	"We have the creature in custody for now. It's strange for a Mightyena according to Svea. But, that's all I had for now."
	Natasha: 	"Het lijkt erop dat we moeten gaan praten met deze Svea, dan."
	Alsine: 	"The golem was cooporative, but under the control of its superiors. If we managed to get control of it, we might have a valuable source of information on our hands. Never underestimate the ears of a servant, we hear more than you would think."
You whisper to Chloe: "Looks like we should talk to this Svea, then."
	Valerie Ylsef : 	"Well unless, you gals have need of speaking to....uh...Svea, was it? I'd think we better eat up and head out, we have a bit of a hike ahead of us."
	Alsine: 	"It could provide valuable information, for a very slight detour."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Might give us a hint or two about what we may be up against..."
	Rochette: 	"Svea first, then we head out."
	Amundine Tande: 	"I'll be out as well. Thank you for the info." Amundine Tande nods and turns, before exiting the room.
	Chloe: 	"Mmhm! Thank you so much for coming to see us."
	Chloe: 	Chloe had been eating eagerly. Renewed by the faith the town has put in her she is ready to go!
* Saturn Rosewell and Natasha had been eating quietly, though hadn't really started until Amundine left, out of respect. It's okay. They could eat on the go.
* Valerie Ylsef finishes up her bread and heads out to give Ülang some and wait for the others to finish."
	Natasha: 	"Mmmmmmmmm, brood..."
* Rochette eats a quick meal.
	Rochette: 	"Let's go." She gestures for the others to lead the way. "Saturn will probably need to do primary speaking, due to her aura sense being most relevant."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Uh, uh...uh...." Saturn started clamming up. "C-C-Couldn't s-someone else do that?"
	Chloe: 	Chloe stands up and begins to gather her things to leave. "If I talk, can you help me? Rochette isn't wrong."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I know, but...I don't want them looking at me strangely, like I'm some sort of abnormality..."
	Natasha: 	"Je kon gewoon zeggen dat ik voelde het! Dat is niet verkeerd."
You whisper to Chloe: "You could just say that I sensed it! That's not wrong."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Oh...oh, I guess...I guess so? I hope so..."
	Chloe: 	"Aura reading isn't too unusual either, you don't need to say how you learned it."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I've never heard of it before in humans..."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...but I still don't want them asking questions."
	Chloe: 	Chloe tries to prompt everyone to walk and talk at the same time, heading for the door as she converses.
DNA: 	(I thought we were walking and talking?)

	Chloe: 	"I know more about aura 'using' than reading, magic and stuff. Or people who learn Moves. And we're both really normal by this town's standards."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I dunno...I feel like I stick out way too much..."
	Chronicler: 	Winter Lotus finds themselves before a sandstone building titled Monger Square. Svea Stenberg owns this building..
	Chloe: 	Does it look public?
	Chronicler: 	Indeed it does. Almost shop-like.
DNA: 	'Almost' shop-like?
	Chloe: 	Chloe makes her way in.
* Saturn Rosewell follows, quietly
* Rochette heads in as well.
	Alsine: 	Alsine is behind the others.

	Chronicler: 	The shop is stone-walled on the inside though has a distinct feeling of a grove due to the various trees literred within and the grass and dirt flooring. The wares of the building is displaced upon the branches and trunks of the trees all around and a singular fallen log is where a woman covered in red paint or ink stands, flipping the pages through what appears to be an aged tome.
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg looks up from her tome as you set foot upon her grass with a blank look, "..."
	Chloe: 	"Wow..." Chloe said, looking out through the room.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...eep. It's like a whole other world here..."

	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg closes her tome without even bothering to save her page and tosses it behind her. She straightens herself on the fallen log and crosses her legs, "Ask."
	Chloe: 	"We were investigating some trouble around town, and were wondering about a few things. Um... Natasha, what was your question again?"
* Natasha spoke Dutch to Chloe!
You whisper to Chloe: "Ask if she knows anything about walls or other things that block aura sensing."
* Saturn Rosewell felt really intimidated by Svea; her lips were fast shut and unwilling to move. She just watched Chloe talk to her; hopefully she'd do a good job...
	Chloe: 	"We found some walls that were blocking aura sensing, or maybe objects that were causing aura sensing to only see blinding light." Chloe was nervious as well. Her shoulders were tucked close, but she spoke clearly.
Rochette: (( brb/afk again ))
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg listened closely to Chloe when she spoke. She waited for a moment, as if wondering if Chloe was going to continue, "...And?"
	Chloe: 	"O-oh. Um... do you know anything that might cause that?"
	Chloe: 	Chloe looked to Saturn for help.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	Saturn looked back, but wasn't quite sure what Chloe was expecting. Backup? Details? She relaxed her shoulders a bit, but she was still afraid to speak, though now a bit more willing.
	Chloe: 	"Do you have any more details? What the blocks looked like? I have the feeling that a lot of stuff can do what I asked."
	Chloe: 	((I suspect a whisper marathon))
Eclipse: 	I'm trying to open the old log to get my notes...
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Ancient alchemy has the means for psionic, aura or magical scrying prevention. Likely the stones of the place you were had been laced with the alchemical material during construction. As for any device or objects capable of blocking such detection in a whole area I have naught encountered such a device - though that is not to say such a thing would not exist. It's very possible to create. However, wherever you were obviously had someone who didn't want to be detected."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Ancient...alchemy? Wh-What is that? What is alchemy?"
	Chloe: 	"Do you know much about vampyres that live in this area? Not Anastasia, but other groups, maybe?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg looks at Chloe, "No."
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg looks at Saturn, "Alchemy. Chemistry. Does this not strike anything familiar?"
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Chemistry...kinda. So...the stones they used were...chemically treated?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Yes." Svea Stenberg says, staring at Saturn.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"But how would that make it block certain things...?"
* Saturn Rosewell was trying to maintain eye contact, but Svea's stare was really scary to her.
	Svea Stenberg: 	"How indeed. It's not unlike treated leather would be."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"L-...Leather...okay...um..."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"So is it possible to...maybe bypass it? Or...something?" She felt her confidence draining.
Rochette: (( back ))
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg rubs her chin briefly, "It could be possible to bypass, though it would require someone to see true. I could develop such a thing if it is what you seek. It would require time and money, but it can be done. Is this your wish?"
	Rochette: 	"What do you mean by 'see true'?"
DNA: 	dammit i was about ot type that.
	Svea Stenberg: 	"I am quite sure you are familiar with illusions."
	Svea Stenberg: 	"It is possible to see through them. To see true. Things as they really are. The treatment is naught but a distraction of the senses. All senses 'see', but just do so differently and it is always possible to 'blind' them in a sense. The easiest is not to hide anything from them, but instead to flood the sense with too much to see. If you were to see true, you would see things as they really are - ignoring all distractions."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Too...much...to see? But I--but she didn't see anything at all..."
	Chloe: 	"So could someone see through it without help, just like people can see through illusions through vision alone?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"It may be possible but not through any means I am familiar with."
	Chloe: 	"Do you know the history of the mausoleum in town?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Only that it was here before the town was founded. There were a lot of dead to bury after the event."
	Chloe: 	"I was told you had the Mightyena that was around the graveyard. Did they say anything?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"I do not." Svea Stenberg said shrugging, "Though I was asked to inspect such a creature."
	Chloe: 	"Did you find anything?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"It has been tainted by a transformation I can only call negative. The creatures aura has been wholly dragged upon the negative side of its aura pendulum. Close but not unlike that of undead."
	Chloe: 	Chloe looked to the others.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Negative...aura? What do you mean, negative?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Negative aura is a side of the coin aura is. Aura is either negative, neutral or positive. Typically, aura is neutral and functions normally - though when it is either positive or negative it begins to behave differently of equal measures. Neither is good nor evil just merely what side of the coin it lies upon."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Oh...okay..." Saturn felt like she got a lot of information, yet learned nothing. Yet she didn't want to press the scary lady for more information.
	Alsine: 	"You said you didn't know about vampyres of the area, but I am wondering about more a more historical variety. It's unrelated to this case, as far as I know, but are you familiar with a vampyre that drinks from the spinal fluid of others?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Vampyres as far as I know drink blood or semen. If such a variety drinks spinal fluid I am not yet aware of such a species. They sound incredibly dangerous and intriguing. Where did you hear of such a specimen?"
	Alsine: 	"I was a servant for one, long ago."
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg looks at Alsine, "Quite interesting. You and I should have a sitting together sometime in the future. I would like to learn of these vampyres."
	Alsine: 	"I would as well, should I ever meet my former Master. But I could teach you what I know."
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg hops off of the fallen log and stands - now standing at a six foot two inches and looks over your group, "Did you come merely for inquiry or did you come for Svea's wares?"
	Chloe: 	"Just inquiry, but I am curious what this place is." Chloe smiled for the first time since entering the room.
	Svea Stenberg: 	"My shop and home."
	Chloe: 	"What do you sell here?"
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Poultices, enchantments and texts."
	Chloe: 	Chloe began to get that "candy store" look in her eyes
	Natasha: 	CANDY!? WHERE!?
	Svea Stenberg: 	"From what I gather you are Winter Lotus. The investigators of the plight of the mausoleum."
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Solve that issue for Svea's home and Winter Lotus shall have a discount on wares here."
	Chloe: 	"Y-yeah. I forgot to introduce our group." Chloe admitted. She wasn't used to the idea that their name would be recognized.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"I g-guess we have our work cut out for us..."
	Svea Stenberg: 	"Can Svea be of any other assistance?"
	Chloe: 	"If we think of anything, we'll come back. But I think that was everything we wanted to ask. Thank you for your time."
	Alsine: 	"I look forward to sitting down with you later."
	Svea Stenberg: 	Svea Stenberg bows to Chloe before sitting back on her log, "Please, return kind travelers to the Monger Square upon your next visit to Svea's home."
* Saturn Rosewell quietly backed away towards the door, wanting to just silently leave and get the mausoleum deal over with.
	Chloe: 	Chloe made her way out.

	Chronicler: 	The group is able to exit the town and make way to the statue northeast of town. The trip takes roughly 6 hours and the group can arrive without incident at roughly 1620 hours.
