It will fit but its not recommended - not the right type of connector.  The industry standard 20-pin JTAG connector is a shrouded (boxed) male header.  The Silverjaw Lure will accept the 20-pin shrouded (boxed) male header - it was designed to accept this connector.  But the Minnowboard Max's JTAG specifications have not been released.  We have not tested the JTAG interface to prove it works.
