Shitcheat 2.3 to 3.0 Changelog

SHITCHEAT V 2.3 -> V 3.0
- Removed the stupid ASCII shit since it made it easier for fascist server admins to see the cheat in the logs
- Fixed a minor error in formatting
- Added "canser"
- Actually updated the version displayed in the menu
- Removed ghettocam
- Added a better freecam based off of GearWalk from Gear2
