 -If I do not receive an update from your species for one (1) month, you will be removed from the crew. We need an update every single month to keep the wishlist up to date. You can always sign back up if you are removed.<br><br>
- If you notify a Monitor of a wish that needs to be removed, and they don't reply, please notify Amanda or Alix so we can determine if they're still actively monitoring.<br><br>
- You may sign up for as many species as you feel you can handle.

<h1>General Information</h1>

Each volunteer's username will be listed on this page so wishers can confirm that the neomail they receive is an official ZYDP neomail.<br><h2>Things to know before applying

</h2>
<p>- You must be a <b>Lab Ray Kicker</b> (or higher rank) in the <a href="/guilds/guild.phtml?id=4064983">ZYDP Guild</a> to volunteer. <br>

- Once signed up, you will be permanently in charge of that species until you step down <br>
- If you are going to be away, please notify Alix so we can arrange for another listed volunteer to cover for you.

<h2>Duties</h2>
- Check your species list at least once a month.<br><br>
- Any inactives, granted wishes etc need to be neomailed according to the guidelines below.<br><br>
-  <b>Send  <a href="/neomessages.phtml?type=send&recipient=oboeflute4">Amanda</a> a report from the 1st of each month to the end of the month, even if it's just "no change".</b><br><br>
- You must send your June updates in June, July updates in July, and so on. You cannot send June updates in July.<br><br>
- Once or twice a year, send a Major Cleanup neomail to everyone on your list to ensure all wishes are still valid.<br><br>

- Occasionally, Amanda or Ducky may ask you to send a general neomail to everyone on your lists (policy changes, etc.), but this should be <i>very</i> rare.<br><br>

- For those guild members who want to help keep the wishlist updated, check for wishers that are listed for more than three wishes.

<h2>Monthly Check</h2>
<p> View the lookup of each wisher on your species list. (Be aware of when the wishlist was last updated!)<br>

While checking the wishers on your lists, you'll be looking for valid wishes, and those that require removal or correction.<br><b>Reasons for instant REMOVAL:</b><br>
- Disabled account<br>
- Inactive account (last seen 30+ days ago)<br>
- Young account (less than 4 months old)<br>
- Neomails set to NF only<br>
- Breaking TNT's rules<br>
- Any ZYDP policy being broken (more than 3 wishes, listed under different accounts, etc)<br><b>Reasons for CORRECTION:</b><br>
- Spelling mistake<br>
- Double listing<br>

<b>Q:</b> Can I add a reply-by deadline to my form neomail?<br><b>A:</b> Yes. If you feel that will be more fair/clear to the wishers, you may add a reply-by deadline.

<p><b>Q:</b> Why didn't I get the species I signed up for?<br><b>A:</b> Species are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. With priority given to the person who only signs up for one species if two people neomail in on the same day.</p>

<p><b>Q:</b> During the major cleanup neomails, won't a wisher potentially get more than one neomail?<br><b>A:</b> Yes, a wisher could potentially receive six neomails a year just for major cleanups.</p>

<p><b>Q:</b> What should I do if a wisher asks to change a wish to a color/species that we do not allow?<br><b>A:</b> You can either inform them that the wish(es) are prohibited, or ask them to review the ZYDP policies and then neomail you back, or report them for removal of all wishes.</p>

<p><b>Q:</b> I'm going to be busy this month, can I ask my friend to send my neomails for me?<br><b>A:</b> We ask that you do not ask a friend to take over your neomails unless they are already on the list of volunteers. We want the wishers to be able to confirm that the username they receive the neomail from is part of our official cleanup crew so that they know it's a legitimate ZYDP neomail. If you need someone to cover for you temporarily, just <a href="http://www.neopets.com/neomessages.phtml?type=send&recipient=gothicxnerd">neomail me</a>.</p>

<p><b>Q:</b> The species I signed up for has no wishers. What should I do?<br><b>A:</b> Please send a "no changes" report neomail to Amanda.</p>

<p><b>Q:</b> What happens if nobody signs up for a particular species?<br><b>A:</b> Amanda (or another zapper) will be in charge of any species that isn't assigned until another guild member volunteers.</p>
