Information: Although this wasn't a popular server I did learn a lot from it, around this time I started using TeamSpeak and got very familiar with it, in my opinion, I wouldn't regret helping this server because I learned a lot about the forums as well as in-game permissions, this was my first experience and without this server I wouldn't be in the situation I am today <3.

Information: This was the same owners server as ChosenHCF's, this was (at the time) the most popular server I was staffing on, I was in-charge of Koth's and helping the manager, at one point I was a senior-admin but didn't know how to rollback bases so I have given my old rank back, the server went down due to a grief that happened so the server was forgotten and never brought up.

Information: Exlode was considered as the new Kohi but shortly before they were popular I resigned due to many issues the management team as run into going from bases being removed to the staff team being immature, I don't regret resigning because of the issues they had, shortly closed after SOTW for maintenance.

Information: This was a server my friend got staff on and it was known on its SOTW and roughly reached 90 players, I found out after they were spoofing ten - fifteen players and it wasn't looking like a good staffing experience and the Manager was a known ddoser so I didn't stick around that long, the manager threatened to ddos me if I didn't do certain jobs so I resigned and was ddossed shortly after that.

Information: HCNations was a server full of bad people, as most know the owner Traps, known as fits, epicay, or backstreets was really toxic and a known 'ddoser' in the past, shortly one of their Platform-Admin's was selling promotions to the staff members and I wasn't very happy about it because if he's breaking the rules he can do something bad and my personal information could be leaked or even worse. Overall I liked the community, but not the administration team whatsoever.



What can you personally bring to the server?:
1) Work Ethic
I feel like I have a great worth ethic, although the age of 13, I believe I have the experience, maturity and the hard-working personality and I think I would fit in great with the staff team and get along.

As I have stated above I have a lot of experience with dealing with players and staffing in-general and I would love to bring all of this to the Faithful Network.

3) Forums
I see players often bothering staff about Ban Appeals and once I get to the staff rank to accept/deny ban appeals, I would try my best to check the forums as much as possible and look at PM's for any questions players have an overall be active.

4) TeamSpeak
If I am on the server or not I will always be in TeamSpeak unless I am doing something outside, at the store, at school or sleeping.

5) Contribute
I always contribute as a staff member and don't slack off, if a group of staff members go and play kitmap or something like that I would spend a bit more time into support rooms or anything else, of course at times I will get a snack or take a quick break because when you work for a long time you don't do your best.

6) Stress
As a person in real life and in-game I handle stress easily, I take breaks or calm down and get a drink, if there is a stressful situation I don't get super mad or salty and I try to calm down the situation.

7) Caring
As cheesy as it sounds I care about my co-workers and if someone is going on a vacation I would want to know because I care about all my colleagues, good or bad I would show them respect.

8) Respect
I was staffing on a server a while ago and something those staff members didn't have was respect. They didn't care about each other and all they cared about was making money from their server, I don't care whatsoever about making money from staffing and if I ever got offered I would 100% decline it because I staff for the fun of it and to help people, I don't worry about money.

9) Trust
Anyone can trust me and not have to worry about anything, I have been trusted with some big ranks in the past including Server Admin in TeamSpeak to op in-game, I would never abuse any permissions I got out of staffing because I feel like its boring and dumb when someone doesn't follow the rules or doesn't enforce them as a staff member.

I am a very active player in the community, I try to be on as much as possible and can put a load of time into staffing, I can mess with my schedule if needed but I think 38 - 52 is a fair amount.

I have been playing Faithful for a long long time and I understand all the rules the players must go by etc.

12) Forgiveness
If I was to get into an argument with someone or something like that and they said something I wouldn't hold that against them, for an example if someone called me something on the forums and I got accepted as staff, I wouldn't treat them differently from everyone else.

I feel like I am a unique person once you get to know me with my past experiences and overall my personality.

14) Motivation
As a staff member I would never get sick of staffing or plan on 'retiring' or leave the server, as a staff member I am always motivated to help people who need it and enforce the rules on the forums, TeamSpeak and in-game of course.

15 Giving Up
I never give up when I really want something or inspire to get it, if I am not successful which whatever I am going for I will try it again, if I keep getting unsuccessful I will see what is in my way and how I can change it or remove it so I have a better chance.

Situations:

1) Hacking
Pretty self-explanatory but if there's a hacker on the server I will record it and ban them, if they are not so blatant I will pull them into TeamSpeak for a screen-share if they admit I will temp-ban them, and if I find anything in the Screen-Share it will be a permanent ban.

2) Advertising
There are a lot of problems on EVERY server with advertising, a player with an alt and VPN will come on and either spam a website, someones IP, or their own server IP, if they wish to do so and come on the server and spam it I will either mute them permanently, or I will ban them permanently, whatever the case.

3) Racism
If someone is calling someone inappropriate that offends their race or religion, I will temp-mute them for whatever the time is, because servers have different time limits.

4) Dissing Staff
If a player is disrespecting staff I would ask them to kindly stop in pm's and if they continue I will mute them for 10-45 minutes depending on the situation.

5) Spam
I would mute the player for 10 minutes.

6) Support Rooms
If I am in a very very crowded mass-move or support room and all the players aren't cooperating I will let everyone speak that's needed and try to calm the situation, I have been in situations where the whole factions talking at once and being annoying, if there's a case on Skyvoid I will only give the leader or head-mods the chance to talk and then talk to the entire faction afterwards. Once I sorted this out I will go on with the rest of the mass-move and help the players.

7) DDoS
If a player is 'Ddosing' a player I will ask them for proof and if they don't have any I will tell them I can't do anything, if they do have proof and if it is valid I will get either an Admin or a Mod+ to come into the channel and check out the proof and if its true and valid, they will be either IP-Banned or Blacklisted.

8) Famous Player
If a very well-known famous person comes into TeamSpeak asking for them to be teleported out of a trap, I will ask them what is the reason? If they respond with 'I want to be out' or something like that I will log onto the server their playing and teleport to them, if they are in a legitimate situation I can not do anything to help them and will continue my day.

9) Admin Abusing
I have seen past staff members get demoted for abusing, this is either because of an Admin told them to or someone high up, if an Admin told me to do something and I knew it was wrong, I wouldn't do it, even if their close with really high staff members, if they asked me to ban someone falsely, or do anything I will straight up tell them, I am not abusing whatsoever and I will contact a Manager/Owner to deal with the situation even further and get that Admin a demotion or a warn.

10) False Demotion
Lets say I was falsy demoted, by either the Owner and/or Manager, I won't whine or scream and TeamSpeak and be salty about it, I will just wait a bit, make another application and see what they think, of course if they deny me after my comeback, I will just wait a few months or so and come back, although I would like to hear the reason for the demotion, but I don't want to be annoying or a bother.



Why should you be chosen over other applicants?: I want to become staff for many many reasons, one being that Skyblock as a player to me is becoming a bit dry and I would like to spice it up, as a staff member I would try my best to treat others how I would want to be treated because I love the staff team and the overall community. I would like to become staff because I love Skyblock Servers and would like to be a staff member instead of a player, trust me, I love being a player but with me in the Skyblock community for two years going on and off with servers because they have maintenance or shut down etc, I would like to stick with a server for a long, long, time and switch to a staff member to help players and have fun, things like rapping contests and freestyling and stuff like that is awesome in TeamSpeak and Discord and I would love to host those as a staff member. I love Skyblock but I think they can improve on their Discord, I feel like I would be a great addition to the staff team with helping w/ Discord because I feel like its worth my time and I enjoy helping people either way. I also want to become staff to record staff series, to both help my channel grow and to try to help the server, although Skyblock is a Small Community I feel like any advertisements and videos help. Overall I really enjoyed the past experiences with not just the community, the players in the community, including all the staff, the player base, the YouTubers and Owner Partners. I hope to become staff on Skyvoid to enhance my experience and other players by being active and always helping people and catching rule-breakers overall.
