I want this rank because, I enjoy being staff. This is a very important part of being a staff member, Even though its hard at time i will always push though it. You have to enjoy it. I love being able to keep the server a better place for the people to come and go. I also would like to improve the server and support the server as OPcraft is has a fair bit of people braking the rules. I can be on a lot as I don't have much to do. I also want to see the community thrive and see the player base expand. I don't just want people to come and have a good time once, I want them to have a very good time while they are on OPCraft. So if I get this Helper Rank, I will do just that!I also want to show that 14-year-olds are not always bad. Ever since I had Minecraft I couldn't stop playing it. It usually takes all my free time. I should use this time to not only play Minecraft but also help to contribute to what servers I play on. I do go to school but that won't stop me from hitting 24 hours a week. I will make sure that I have done all the requirements to become Helper on here and help people out if they need anything. I never abused my permissions whilst staff so I hope that you can trust me that I will not abuse and I never intend to break the rules whilst staff. I have made mistakes before on this server, but i am coming back new and improved.

How do you think you can assist the server if you become this rank?:

I believe I would be able to assist this server because i would be able to help people in a more civil sense. With this rank, i would be able to assist people in a much more productive way in every circumstance. I would be able to assist in some of the problems people have in chat. Say when ever people need help locating something on the website or need specific links, i will be there to help. I would also be of assistance to people who do not apply by the rules of OPcraft. Say if they are hacking or being racist etc...

Also i can assist the server by cleaning the server of toxic people, like get rid of hackers, and the amount of advertisers is in real, and I've seen many advertisers pass staff many times. I've had lots of experience being staff, as I have been staff before on this server. I'm on all the time now. I can help this server in anyway possible. I'm good at taking orders, and I'm a good leader, and good at team building. I'm always on my A game, always trying to make people happy, making new friends, and so on. Always trying to help people out in any and every way I possible can. I will assist all staff, and players in any such way they need help with. Lately have seen an increase in hackers and advertisers. I would love to help decrease that number.I can assist the server by being active and watching over chat since those are the main priorities that you have whilst being Helper I will make sure that I hit 24 hours a week and communicate with the players // staff members and make sure that everyone has a good experience whilst playing on the server. I will keep track of chat to make sure that It's clean and if anyone needs help I will help them out. I know the rules quite well and am quite mature for my age and rarely toxic. If I was ever toxic to you or anyone on the server just know that it was a joke - I never mean the things that I say in a toxic matter. I will make sure to make the server look professional and keep my cool to never spazz out on a player if they disrespect me in any matter - I did make some mistakes in the past but I hope that you can forgive me, I will make sure that I listen to the managers next time and will never attempt to argue with a manager or things like that. I love playing on this server, this is were I spend most of my time. I'd rather help people then do something else. I know how much the staff need help and I Know how hard it is for the server to have a decrease in staff. So I want to help all them out by becoming staff and keeping the server a lot cleaner.

Spamming in chat:
Sending a similar message three or more times in the same chat view.
- 1st offense will result in a warning /warn (player) Spamming,
- 2nd offense will result in a 5 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 5m Spamming.
- 3rd offense will result in a 10 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 10m Spamming.
- Any further offenses will be brought up with higher staff

Disrespecting Staff:
 If a player is seen disrespecting a staff member
- 1st offense will result in a warning /warn (player) Staff Disrespect,
- 2nd offense will result in a 15 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 15m Staff Disrespect
- Any further offenses will be brought up with higher staff


Excessive Racism:
When someone disrespects or is rude to a staff member.
- 1st offense will result in a warning /warn (player) Excessive Racism
- 2nd offense will result in a 15 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 15m Excessive Racism
- 3rd offense will result in a 30 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 30m Excessive Racism

Advertising:
Any server or website that is not related to OpCraft will lead to an instant ban.
- /ban [player] advertising
- /cc (clear chat)

Indirect Advertising:
Any YouTube or Twitch links will result in an immediate mute.
- /warn [player] indirect advertising
- /mute [player] indirect advertising
- /cc (clear chat)

Evading Mute:
Going on alts to use chat or any sort of attempt. This will result in a 20 minute tempban
- /tempban [player] 20 min Mute Evasion

Impersonating Staff:
Anyone with the nickname of any staff member will result with a 15 minute temp-mute.
- /tempmute [player] 15min Staff Impersonation

Hacking:
Any sort of 3rd party client that is illegal on OPCraft will result in a temp-ban.
- /tempban [player] 48 hours Hacking, then upload proof to staff section on forums

Chat Flooding:
flooding the chat is where you post different messages but without giving any time before posting the next message
- 1st offense will result in a warning /warn (player) Chat Flood
- 2nd offense will result in a 15 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 15m Chat Flood
- 3rd offense will result in a 30 minute temp-mute /tempmute (player) 30m Chat Flood

Suspicious Links:
Most of the time they are IP-Grabbers or something that could potentially be a virus.
- /mute [player] Suspicious Links

Purchase Trolling:
Purchase trolling is where you purchase a player a lower rank than what they already have
First I would get evidence, then I would get a higher staff member to IP and IGN ban the player from the store.

Leaking Personal Information:
leaking IP Addresses, Addresses, Phone numbers, or anything related.
- 1st offense /tempban (player) 14 days Leaking Personal Information
- 2nd offense /tempban (player) 30 days Leaking Personal Information
- 3rd offense blacklist from the network (3 Strike Rule)

Yes i have been banned 2 times for hacks and that was over 9 months ago im changed now and i will not do it again

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
Hi!

What makes you unique and different from other applicants.
I'm unique from other applicants because I have had experience from being a staff member, I know a fair bit of people on the server and I know I'm mature enough to have this rank, unlike so many others. I am always recording when I'm on the server so that I can catch the rule breakers and have evidence. I know a decent amount of French, I have only seen around 4 or 5 French players on the server but if they need help I'm here. I am usually on at weird times whether It's early in the morning or late at night I'm on when not that many staff members are.

I believe I'm different from the other applicants and very unique because I'm very loyal and have been on the server for a long time. therefore I have a LOT of experiences with the staff team and community of OPCraft. unfortunately, I have also made a lot of mistakes in my past but I'm hoping you as many others have you would be able to relook over that and find this as a new start. I've always tried to learn from my mistakes and I think that I've done that really well and I'm very excited to show you all how much I've come as a person.
