- Only try this method if you are up to speaking to someone over the phone !
- 1 Find the product you are after for example
- Ring door bell, ring flood light ?
- 2 Get a serial number& mac I’d for that product If you don’t know how to get serial numbers search on nulled or ask other people. (Easy)
- Mac I’d most brand new devices for sale will have them you want a brand new device as it won’t be registered to anyone account
- 3 once you have your SN download the ring app and create a ring.com account.
- 4 Next you want to call up ring.com press your required language. Then I believe it’s press 2 for troubleshooting.
- 5 Go through trouble shooting with the customer advisor he/she will ask you for a code sent to your email for that account you create on the app. Don’t worry this is normal
- 6 the advisor will ask what product you need help with explain which product and that you brought it from Currys, wall mart where ever you wanna tell them and say it was about 5-6 months ago and that the store told you to contact them.
- 7 He/she will go through everything to get you device working. What you wanna do is explain its complete dead and depending on the prix they you explain either battery or the device won’t turn on and it’s been like this for about 2 days. So a complete dead device.
- 8 He/she will ask for either both or just one
- SN or Mac I’d which is printed On the box
- Explain when you have been trouble shooting you remove the device completely from the account and now you can even add it again.
- 9 providing everything is going well he will offer a advanced replacement & required you to send you broken device to there repair centre ! If not keep at it and explain you need this security in place as your house safety is important. And you should have warranty.
- He/she will ask you to add a card which will be charged £1 til the return is delivered but don’t worry you can remove the card the minute the phone call has end etc /either way your covered
- 10 once you received your pre paid email for you device return you want to FTID

- 11 between 4-10 days you will receive your replacement most probably before you return your device but make sure you do.
- Once your device is return you can remove you account and any data as you wish your choice
