  6. You: Today, my character was logged in from another terminal and my password changed, as well as the email address on my Square Enix account
  7. Agent Thomas E: Do you share access to your account with anyone? Because that would not have been done without getting verification of ownership of the account with our ticket system.
  8. You: I do not.
  9. Agent Thomas E: Or if the person was able to log in and do it themselves.
  10. You: I set a secure password using lowercase, capital, and numbers. I have not shared it with anyone.
  11. You: I'm concerned when my account was compromised before, they may have read the billing info to get my name and such.
  12. Agent Thomas E: Okay, if this is happening again, if you are able to gain access to the account again you may want to consider a security token.
  13. You: I think SE channels were used to compromise the account, how would I go about preventing this or regaining access?L
  14. You: I still have the confirmation code I was sent when I filed my notary form.
  15. Agent Thomas E: As I said, a security token is your best option to increase security.

  17. You: How do I get access to my account back now, though?
  18. Agent Thomas E: You've verified ownership so I can change the email to something you use if you'd liek.
  19. Agent Thomas E: And then just reset the password.
  20. You: Okay. The SE account is "", and the email i'd like it on is ""@hotmail.com

  24. Agent Thomas E: You should also update your security question and answer.
  25. Agent Thomas E: And get the token registered.
  26. You: I did that before, as well.
  27. You: I'll buy a token as soon as possible though
  28. Agent Thomas E: For someone to get the email changed they would have to know your security question and answer.
