  2. The Chair open’s the meeting with New Business. The Chairs responsibility is to control the meeting he has the power to mute others for disrupting the meeting if out of order. This will be the first formal business meeting there will be no old business. This amemdment to policies will be heard and discussed for no longer then 1 hour we are open to any input you may have remember we are here to work together, to have the greatest server ever, and we need your response. So speak up lets hear your voice. The chair can cut you off for run on "expressing the same point over and over" so keep it short and to the point as many want there point of view shared.

First Order Of Business: “Now i as an owner get the fact that swearing might be acceptable in your day to day dealing with life, however here in Cowpi its not a right but a privilege to play and serve here. We need to be mindful that many players here are very young and we are there piers, some even look up to you for direction and may take what they learn here to the real world.
  5. How Admin/Staff conduct themselves in game as well as teamspeak
  6. Admin/Staff refrain from swearing and or gossip in a degrading manner.
  7. 1 Staff will be warned to refrain from abusive behaviours as said above the warning’s will continue until left with no other recourse.
  8. 1b. First offense 24 ban from server.
  9. 1c. Second offence demotion.
  10. 1d. 1 week ban and further demotion.
  11. 1e. Two week ban and another demotion.
  12. Members below staff are subject to the same with exception
  13. They will only receive kicks not a demotion in rank. Each kick will increase if they refuse to comply. We will continue to kick until left with now other choose then ...We are here to encourage member’s to respect others even the one’s we kick or ban always with respect.
  14. Spamming is not torerated and will be dealt with promtly by any staff member.

  17. We as staff member’s have chosen this administrative rule to serve others not ourselves. We will help all members new and not so new with projects they are undertaking if requested, however make yourself available. The methods described below will re-enforce character traits that will help the server grow. These methods described are are not ridge but we need to start somewhere. Described below is the method we will start with. Remember it take's time to implement changes and will go though growing pains as a result. Please be considerate of other staff members as they are doing there job as described. Refrain from Staff business on cowpi chat as members do not need to hear your displeasures about the server including Teamspeak. If you want to talk about business make a private channel do involve others whom may want to play on our server but have reservations about what they have heard.

  19. Apprentice:
  20. The apprentice’s main responsibilities will be the upkeep of the guest map he or she will have the ability to temp ban for up to 24hrs and will make
  21. report directly to the mod. He or she is also the ambassador of cowpi as they will be the first contact with new players. The apprentice will help the new players feel welcomed and give any assistance to the new players. This attitude will carry over in these players and will help our server grow. The apprentice would have creative mode to help any player on the guest map with tasks....."repair of damage done by grief's ect," as we do not expect them to know our current lb anti grief system. The Apprentice will not provide players with spawned items on either maps, but it is encouraged to help with the use of creative.The Apprentice can recommend which player will be ranked from the guest map to the Moderator, and collectively the Apprentice and Moderator will make the decisions.
  22. On the forum’s the Apprentice and Moderator will work together to make Rank promotions from Default to Esquire.
  23. Moderator:
  24. Will have the power to ban and a report will be made to and Admin regarding incident. However the Admin will access the ban given by Mod and can overrule the decision if deemed. The moderator has all the responsibilities as the Apprentice in the Guest map but has the added responsibility of maintaining cohesion between the guest map and default. The Mod will be a senior overseer to the Apprentice ie: development and maintenance of the guest map he or she will help and assist the Apprentice and other new players with tasks. The Mod is encouraged to begin the process of learning lb block or any anti grief plugin's we have at the time. Again it is a skill learn and is not expected to be perfect, but we encourage you to try and ask for help
  25. On the forum’s at least one either the Apprentice or Moderator will have to vouch on a request for rank promotions from Cowpier, Trusted and Citizen. Indicating reason this is to foster community skill set in order to rank someone you must have been in contact with and worked with.

  29. Administrator:
  30. The Admin oversee the moderators and apprentic"s activities and he or she can over rule any decision made by them “with explanation.” This is not to foster indifference but to encourage personal growth ie: Admin, Mod and Apprentice. All complaints or suggestions regarding server business most go through the chain of command as follows: Apprentice, Mod, Admin, SuperAdmin and finally Owner. Each rank above each other should be able to solve his or her problems, but for instance "the Apprentic should never go to an Admin is discuss the problem.
  31. The choosen Admins at this time will look at rank promotions. If any Admin's desire to do this task make mention of it when you have the floor.

  33. SuperAdmins
  34. The Super Admin will assist the Admin’s and other staff members, remember this is about mentorship helping all to succeed. Ip Ban if deemed neccessary will be done by Super's The Super Admin will take any concerns and request from other staff members if it cannot be resolved by the change of command to the Owner. The method streamlines the importance of questions and free’s up time for the owner to manage the infrastructure of the server. The SuperAdmin monitor the servers infastructure and make notes to difficulties as arise and fix if deemed neccessary but only with permissions by owner.

  36. P.S. Staff vary in times they are on so its important to remember to fill in the gaps, step up and help. Make a note of activity and keep others in the loop.
