Reasoning: Togor was at a crossroad. His sentience had come quite a way after he gained a considerable amount of power during his fight against Noro. With a revitalized spirit he fought on, but lost nonetheless. It seemed the bear enjoyed picking fights with those out of his league. But all of that came crashing down when he met Cracker Ritz.

Perhaps the first battle where his enemy had the decency to go all out was thanks to the human that wielded three bats. And Togor learned that although he had gained power he was far from actually being able to beat those he sought out. Mochi and Saint Rao were the other two who after a fight or two decided to use their full power. Finally he had found his place in the world but it turned out to be quite the small one.

As he sought strength, as he explored High Hops and learned of the human way he found out about Krona's demise against the Goo Girl. Being told by the Mochi herself that Krona had been absorbed the bear couldn't help but strike, hoping to avenge one of the few humans who had assisted the bear in one way or the other. The outcome was clear: Togor's claws weren't sharp enough, his bite wasn't strong enough and his movements were sluggish.

After so much pain, so much struggle, he still came short. His anger had been built up and now, slowly but surely, he would learn how to push his body to it's maximum just for the sake of defeating those he sought to best.
