- Hi fellas
- I'm into modding for several years, I make mods for basketball games since 2010. I wanted to take a try at NHL games as I joined my college's ice hockey team.
- While viewing some retro uniforms of NHL teams, I saw this 1999 Rangers alternate and took a try.

- Shorts and gloves look same with dark blue version of this Lady Liberty uniform, I placed them from NHL 90's mod

- Nice job. But these are already in the 1998-1999 mod. All done. Here's Mathieu Schneider chatting with Bill McCreary. :)

- Guys, did you ever checked the structure of scoreboard? I mean, editing the position of numbers, etc?
- I extracted 2 clock.fng files from overlay viv. At first they don't mean much but I opened the files at Hex Editor, then saw this:
- One of the files represent the scoreboard image. Other one represents team name, score, time positions.
- I'll upload the files there so anyone who can work on this make some progress, as they know what files represent.
- Clock1.fng -> name, score, time, powerplay positions
- Clock2.fng -> scoreboard image position

- Franco can edit the scoreboards almost every way possible.
- Franco is busy with v1 though. I could use some help with a few v2 scoreboards. Like Buffalo Auditorium, USAir Arena and Philly Spectrum. They could use some fine tuning.
- PS: Warm welcome to the forum! :good:

- The one at top left
- NBA Live 2004 uses fng files for arrangement of these too. I worked with them and had great results

- Launcher will soon support the genuine looking modern, long gameclocks. See here.

- To expand on that a bit, you should check out the lua scripting feature of launcher 1.5. You can do much more with a launcher script than you can by editing the fng files with a hex editor. :)

- I couldn't do anything yet for scoreboard.
- But I found various fonts that can be used in future. All in ffn formats so these can be used straight in game, for future gameclock projects.
- These are extracted from EA's other sports games like FIFA (2003), MVP Baseball (2004,2005) and NBA Live (2003,2004)
- I can find more ffn files to be used, if necessary
- here's the first batch
- enjoy
