My username is Poratic.

Something recently happened to me and I didn't know what to do or what had happened until I looked into it. So yesterday someone had told me there was a Snipe Bot. It would gather your robux and help you find good items to buy on the Catalog. So i was like wow, that would be amazing. He then sent me the link of a Google Chrome Extension, He said "Install that and it will give you a login. I will tell you what to do from there.". I installed, nothing happened i kept clicking and nothing would happen. I said Nothing Is Happening to him. He said "Hmmmmmm" then 3 minutes later he blocked me. I then saw a trade notification, "Trade Completed". I was freaking out due to the fact i had not accepted any trades. i then clicked on the Accepted Trade
and saw this:

I was freaking out and I didn't know what happened. I decided I wasn't gonna panic that Roblox was gonna do something so I emailed and called and did the roblox.com/support thing. Nothing happened so meanwhile while I was waiting for a reply, I was looking for an answer, Found out it was something called "Cookie Logging". They said how to get rid of it and stuff and I did all their instructions but it was kinda worthless cause all my valuables have already been lost.


Roblox, I beg of you. I have learned not to install things related to Roblox, and I won't be doing anything related to snipe bots or what ever they are called. I just would really like my items back because something like this happened to my friend and he got his W's top hat back and it was like 50k i hope you guys can do the same with my big items. Also my username is Poratic if you want to look into it and the guy who did this his account is pipcoolio it and he said he likes to scam people and sell at rbx.place for easy money. Maybe you guys should look into rbx.place and see what you can do about it cause people are cheating using it.
