Be Respectful and Considerate
Please be considerate to each other. Do not use any derogatory language to try to harm anybody. Use common sense when bantering, you know when to stop.

Do not post malicious content or anything which may directly cause harm to a user's device. No scamming, this includes scamming in direct messages.

 If you wish to fight either do it in your DMs or in-game. We do not tolerate unnecessary conflicts/fights on our server.

Advertising
Advertising any Discord servers, YouTube channels, social media, etc. is not allowed without permission from the staff. This is not an all-inclusive list. This includes direct message, username and playing status advertising. Repeated violations may result in a warn, kick, or ban.

User IDs and Avatar
Please choose appropriate nicknames and avatars. Do not impersonate any members, staff, the server or claim to be a Discord employee.

Spamming
Spamming is not permitted. Examples of spam are repetitive messages, duplicated messages, mentions, emojis, links, images, and other content deemed spam by staff members.
We have some spam filters implemented to keep the chatroom as tidy as possible.
Do not attempt to evade filters as they are set for a reason. Repeated violations may result in a warn, kick, or ban.

Text and Voice
Use common sense to decide the most appropriate channel for the content you want to post. If you are not sure, ask a Discord Moderator to show you the right one.
Avoid emitting unpleasant noises to disrupt the users in the voice channels. Do not spam your mute/deafen/leave/join to annoy people already in the voice channels.

Personal Identifying Information
If someone messages you inappropriately, you are encouraged to share those messages with a member of staff.

For safety, we strongly suggest not sharing any information that could be used to find you in real life. This includes your full name and any contact information, be it phone number, email address, social media, etc.

Staff Respect
If a staff member intervenes a subject that has escalated and instructs those participating to stop, you are expected to do so. Continuing to engage those involved may result in a warn, kick, or ban.

If you have concerns about what a staff member is doing then contact a staff member who is of higher rank than them. The “hierarchy” is outlined in #server-regulations.

Do not cause drama in the public channels because of a staff member’s decision. If someone has been moderated, there was a valid reason. Do not jump to conclusions from information you may or may not be aware of.

Staff members have discretion in all circumstances. Should a situation arise that isn't explicitly covered in these rules, staff are authorised to make decisions as they see fit. It is expected that their decisions will be respected.

Do not backseat moderate. If you feel a moderator is needed, please ping us using @Discord Moderator.

NSFW Content
NSFW content depends on the context it is placed in and can be subjective. All content posted in all general chats must be appropriate for minors. People may have their own opinions as to what not safe for work content is and we would loosely describe it as any content containing:

•	Adult or pornographic content or acts.
•	Nudity.
•	Violence.
•	Gore.
•	Other content not suitable for minors as determined by staff.
This content is strictly limited to the #nsfw-tits-n-wine-cellar. To gain access to this channel, please see #roles.

Languages
Keep the general channels English at all times. We do have a translate bot, with the prefix :t. For example, :t english hola amigos will return with the English translation for the phrase given.

Additionally, we do have French and Spanish channels that can be accessed by running the relevant command in #roles.

Staff are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur from clicking a link or downloading a file from another user. Please use common sense. We are not responsible for user-submitted content, however we do our absolute best to maintain a friendly and SFW server and delete content that violates our rules.

Staff can remove you at any time, for any reason, with or without notice at a moderator’s discretion. If you believe that you have been removed or banned unfairly then you may appeal this.
