[17:38] Madison Pinelli: stands and smoothes her slacks.....
[17:39] Madison Pinelli: Your Honor, on the docket tonight only one case appears this evening sir.  The State of Colorado vs. Livia Thenard.  Miss Thenard is being charged with Illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol or marijuana by an underage person Your Honor.
[17:39] Livia (liviaaura23) glances a bit around and crosses her arms a bit

[17:40] Madison Pinelli: Miss Thenard is a minor, a sixteen year old who will not be seventeen until January of 2020.
[17:40] Justin Fear (juztin.follet) looked at the woman being lead into the courtroom and thought to himself that her parents must be proud, his eyes shifted back to DA Pinelli and listened to the first case being brought forth."very well, proceed with case #18-13-122 MS Pinelli"
[17:42] Madison Pinelli: It would appear, Miss Thenard used a license which did not belong to her, but was in a different womans name.  She was obviously under the influence of a substance or substances your Honor and obviously not in any shape to drive.  She also had alcohol on her person as well, your Honor and I believe, pills as well sir.
[17:45] Livia (liviaaura23) glances at the ceiling abit as she sat there glancing back to make sure that a certain person wasn't there and wouldnt be too mad that she never showed up to help him knowing the obvious consequence of what he could doshe looks back forward
[17:45] Justin Fear (juztin.follet) pulled his glasses down a bit and then looked out at Livia after hearing the charges pending against her with the State of Colorado..."Miss Thenard, first off you have the right to remain silent and not make any statement at all, any statement you make can be used against you in court, you have the right not to make any statement at all, if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed to you by the state of colorado, if you qualify", he licked his fingertip and turned the page on the plea paperwork, "you have the option to plea Guilty, nolo contendere, or not guilty, First i will need your plea before going forward on setting a bail".

[17:50] Livia (liviaaura23) looks a little behind her not exactly knowing what to say, knowing it would be easier to plea guilty and not ahve to be on the streets but knowing there was a chance that she could get sent back to her guardians, she hated that idea even worse she looks forward and shrugs, and says without emotion waying her option, "i guess guilt?" she said non chalently trying to hid any emotion in her

[17:51] Justin Fear (juztin.follet) listened to her agree to plea Guilty and looked to her...."you guess guilt?, i need a definite anwser in this court room Miss Thenard, this is not a game", he pulled the plea paperwork closer to him and waited for a better anwser
[17:52] Madison Pinelli: slowly turned her head to look at Miss Thenard ......
[17:55] Madison Pinelli: Looks back to the front and remembers she may have forgotten to feed the cat this morning

[17:56] Livia (liviaaura23) frowning abit at the name as she had tried so hard not to be associated with her so called guardians  she rolls her eyes a bit has she put her hand to her head as if she had a headache and said more snarkly, "guilty" and she muttered audibly, "but if i get sent back to tem again ill jsut run away again" she crosses her arms and looks at the ceiling
[17:57] Madison Pinelli: "Your Honor, Miss Thenard is a minor, her gaurdians or foster parents really should be notified and be present sir"
[17:58] Livia (liviaaura23) clutches her hads a bit at the mention of her foster parents
[17:58] Madison Pinelli: goes through some paperwork, "I do not have record of the names of her gaurdians or foster parents.  Or parents, in fact, I am not even sure which we are even dealing with sir to be honest...."
[17:59] Livia (liviaaura23) glances up a bit with a annoyed look in her eye at the mention of them hoping shed never see them again
[18:00] Justin Fear (juztin.follet) nodded at a more clear anwser from the defendant and checked the box that said Defendant and then signed the bottom, he then looked up at Ms Pinelli..."why has her guardians not been notified?, we will release her to child protective services since her foster parents are not home, and have them do an investigation into why they are not present when required by law", he then put the paperwork up on the stand and looked to the Baliff..."please bring the paperwork forward to Miss Thenard, have her sign where the X is and please sign the witness section sir after she signs it", he looked back to Miss Pinelli..."if she is in state foster care, then the state is her parent, and we are the state, notify a child protective service investigator and have them pick her up from the police station, she will be released into their custody pending an investigation with her current foster family"

[18:02] Madison Pinelli: "Yes Your Honor, of course....I have no information relating to the parents or gaurdians sir, but I will contact child protection services to have them contacted and reunited with Miss Thenard Your Honor"

[18:04] Livia (liviaaura23) glances up a bit befor elooking at the paper and rolls her eyes a bit before taking the pen to sign her name puting an obvious x where her last name would be as if trying to erase that slast name from herself.

[18:09] Justin Fear (juztin.follet) looked down making sure the paperwork was complete....."for the misdemeanor offense of18-13-122 Illegal possession or consumption of ethyl alcohol or marijuana by an underage person, Miss Thenard your punishment will be to complete a state mandated Substance Abuse course and 30 hours of community service, due to you being underage and the state would have to pay the fine for you, you will not be recieving a fine for your first offense", he paused for a moment and then put the paperwork in the folder..."i highly suggest you think about your actions so i dont see you back in this court room again, case is finalized, please take the defendant back into custody until child protective services picks her up", he then looked to the DA..."what is the next case on the docket mam"
