  4. - Global Mechanic changes:
  5.     - Max number of frames of hitlag: 20 -> 30
  6.     - Base Hitlag: 3 -> 4
  7.     - Damage multiplier for frames of hitlag: x0.333 -> x0.533
  8.     - Electric Hitlag multiplier: x1.5 -> x1.25
  9.     - Global Hitstun Multiplier: x0.4 -> x0.45
  10.     - Shield Stun increased.
  11.     - Shield Release animation is shorter.
  12.     - Shield Depletion Rate reduced.
  13.     - Shield Pushback increased: 0.7 -> 0.8.  
  14.     - Light Shield size multiplier: x 1.0 -> x 0.85. (Light Shield is smaller.)
  15.     - Light Shield Pushback Resistance reduced. (You’ll be sent farther back by light shielding.)
  16.     - Shielding now carries momentum from the initial dash animation.
  17.     - L-cancelled aerials will now give 4 frames of landing lag instead of half of the intended aerial’s landing lag.  
  18.     - L-Cancel window increased for convenience: 7 -> 14
  19.     - Crouch Canceling an attack no longer makes the victim bounce against the ground.
  20.     - Slipping off a platform while shielding now sends you into “fallaerial” instead of “missfoot”, making it possible to act
  21.       immediately from slipping off a ledge/platform.
  22.     - Spot dodge removed.
  23.     - Survival/Launch DI reduced.
  24.     - Automatic Smash DI removed.
  25.     - Wall jumping, wall tech, and ceiling tech removed.
  26.     - Taunt Cancelling!
  27.     - Pivots now carry momentum.
  28.     - Some Smash 64 SFX have been imported into the game.
  29.     - Touching the ground now frees the ledge (64-esque). In other words, an early ledgeroll will no longer lockout the opponent from
  30.       grabbing the ledge even though nothing's on it. This makes ledge-hogging a little harder, requiring more precise timing.
  31.     - Can no longer mash out of tumble or other damage states.
  32.     - Fastfall now carries over from double jump fastfall.
  33.     - Knockback Launch Speed Decay slightly decreased.
  34. - Global Character Changes:
  35.     - Get-up attacks now deal less damage to accommodate the extra shield stun and send the opponent at a fixed, weight-dependent
  36.       distance.
  37.     - Many moves now deal Shield Damage. Will only list significant ones here.
  38.     - All get-up attacks now deal 3 damage. This does not apply to Ganondorf, Bowser, DK, or Samus.
